  1. Watching the Dynasty zero hour and all this All In hype made me think: All Out must feel so miserable right now! It used to be the Top PPV of the year (failed at it, mostly but still...) and now it's a fucking Backlash!?! If I was All Out, I'd probably be looking for bridges to jump off of at this point!
  2. It was very accurate of not just him but your average olden age comedy introduction, as well! Good work. Also, Jesus H. Mayweather, of course I'm not being serious. Although I'm sick up to my eyes and balls of people claiming to be experts at anything with very questionable merit and think their uneducated opinion is equal to scientific approach etc, so I had to do a bit on that as well. Furthermore, it was also reference to the notion of "I have watched a lot of wrestling, so my knowledge of it is equal to anyone who has actually wrestled for a living" to piss off people who believe that as well as the "you have never been in the ring so you can't critique anything" crowd at the same time. So it was a veiled Wrestling Hot Take, as well!
  3. So let's have Cash win this one against PAC, right? (still haven't seen it, so that's just a guess) 2-1 for Rated FTR, because they won't win at the PPV?
  4. Haven't gotten to Collision yet, but Cash Wheeler vs PAC has been one of those dream matches of mine that I have always been waiting for since those two have been in the same company! Now it's finally here! Terrific!
  5. No sir! That's where you are mistaken. I KNOW comedy. You know how I know I know comedy? I've WATCHED some of it! Better yet, I have heard people talking about it, so that makes me an expert at it. Pro tip: that also works with everything in real life these days, as well! If you have heard people talking about something (or watched a video of someone, anyone doing it) that makes you as much of an expert on the subject as anyone and you can then dismiss other people's opinions if they differ from yours. You can thank me later.
  6. Wow, that's actually pretty cruel thing to say about Not Sasha! ... ... ... What? What do mean talking about the car? ... Oh, yeah. Like Benz and shit? OK, nevermind, then! I'll see myself out.
  7. Hey! My ass is the only thing responding to growth stimulus at this point (apparently)! I'm up to TWO leg days per week (Trapbar is mostly lower body, too). Not kidding about the body image thing, though! That's for sure!
  8. Here's a span of about a week from two different weeks. Pretty much standard stuff I have been doing all these weeks. If I remember correctly, this is soundtracked by the outstanding Australian Goth band Razorfade, fronted by Mark Tansley, formerly of Suspiria and Intra-Venus. This, too, has been in my workout playlist from the very start.
  9. https://youtu.be/C70pK9wC7_c Here is a slightly earlier video with pretty similar stuff. Soundtrack provided by an awesome Finnish Hard Rock band Brother Firetribe, the opening track of their 2005 debut album False Metal, "Break Out" I'm making some slow progress on some moves, more reps, more weight or better range of motion, but nothing shocking at this point, except for the squat machine, I think I'm doing some pretty gnarly stuff on that!
  10. Shit! I just took a fall while running this morning. But I just scraped the side of my right knee. It happened in a blink of an eye, but luckily for me, I just rolled around twice and pretty much landed back on my feet. Your situation sounds WAY more unfortunate. I hope that the damage isn't anything too severe. Get well soon!
  11. He was so good in a lot of stuff! Top Gun, Top Secret, I hear some people like Tombstone, as well!
  12. Yeah, I think it was a cobblestone that was somewhat protruding upwards and I clipped one foot on it and away I rolled, in an instant. ...Luckily I was able warmed up by that point (read: "drenched in sweat ") so I was as limber as I'm gonna get and my wife was impressed at how I just ended back up on my feet and kept running.
  13. Visiting Estonia for the rest of the week. Had my first run of the year (pretty much) this morning. Started out very stiff but got better as we went along. Took a tumble during the end stretch on the sidewalk, rolled twice and pretty much landed back on my feet like a F'n ninja. Scraped the side of one knee, nothing else, other than a bruised ego, obviously.
  14. @Technico Support I have videos, so many videos! If someone is willing to watch them! https://youtu.be/WL-s_VyQO4Q The music in this video is by the awesome Spanish SynthWave band Lex Luger! They are such an independent band that YouTube didn't even find any copyright issues when I posted this. However, this is the kind of stuff I actually listen to while working out or running, so I had to get some mp3's off Bandcamp, so I could make videos with my actual workout music. Go check out Lex Luger on Spotify, they are amazing!
  15. To add to the Mark Briscoe talk, he has had a few shocking wins here and there, so he's at the point where he can basically lose to anyone credibly and ALSO can sneak in a victory with his couple of killer moves against pretty much anyone as well. As a viewer, it adds to the excitement of every match he is in. Most likely, he will lose, BUT you can't actually be sure, unlike with so many others in AEW!
  16. Busy night for Don Callis Family. I was thinking 2 for 3 and that's how it went. A bit surprised how easily Hobbs handled Davis, but Ok. All matches were good. Will Brody get to beat Davis at least, to get some revenge? So, Blake Christian didn't get to look like superman in the match with Kenny, but got to show SOMETHING, at least. Lashley saying NOPE to MJF in Hurt Syndicate was good. Let's see how this goes? Also, wouldn't it be kinda funny if Top Flight beats Big Bill and Bad Bountyhunter Apple and end up getting the shot at Hurt Syndicate? I'm Ok with Rated FTR facing Death Riders for the Trios titles. I think we know how this will go down, eh? Thunder Storm was a great name for a tag team. The new name is even better and it was funny how quickly Rosa got over the initial reluctance and was completely embracing the new team name at least early on in the match! Didn't get all the way to the end, so I have to continue tomorrow.
  17. How did the call make you feel? Was it a positive thing, I mean, if you feel like elaborating beyond the fact that the call did happen. 20 years is a long time.
  18. Do it!!!! Straight to the fucking core!
  19. This version of Timeless Toni Storm is even better that what we had before. Seems like Mariah's betrayal awoke something in her. Megasus is a huge obstacle, but she does not seem daunted one bit! The crowd was really into AR Fox here! Good for him. Does anyone know what notes Claudio has pinned onto his ring jacket? I guess it's just "Upper cut, Upper cut, Upper cut, Double Stomp, Upper cut, SWING!!!" in case he forgets his match? Was Romero subbing for someone who had trouble getting to the arena due to the weather or was this the original line-up? Good action here and good to see Callis Family with a win after the pretty rough times at Revolution. HarleyGram ended up not being much of a factor in the tag match, which is probably for the better, since this was the second main event and all. Even with Harley's popularity, it's probably not a great look to reduce an exciting lucha tag match into just a comic relief. I will point out that while Mortos didn't exactly seem repelled my a maskless Harley, it did seem like he gave absolutely zero fucks about her, as she ran past him to fetch HarleyGram to join the match from backstage.
  20. Yup, I would have guessed the blond one. Interestingly enough, the brown haired guy looked more like a Russian than a Swede to me, but that's neither here nor there. It's not his fault.
  21. Which one? I probably can guess which one of them looks like a Nazi (in a bush?!?)
  22. Yeah that, and/or a "Hotel California" situation. She checked out years ago but could never leave...
  23. Yeah, it's like "Hey, dumbasses it's THE Santa ClausE, the joke refers to the contract, not the employee!"
  24. Shit! And Statlander's unfortunate injury at the time is responsible for like 120 or so days of that, at least. 388 is long, but still way more palatable.
