At least every time people DO talk about it, the reviews are always glowing. -
That would put a strain on the US fanbase, no question. For the international audience that would be around $50, though. That's still a lot, but more doable. I would consider making those two shows some kind of combo/bundle offer to maximize the interest, though. I will not be in London in August, that is for certain, so there should be other ways to catch the show, in any case.

Divided up between this many people, the already miniscule cut we get can go unnoticed for many months, until it is eventually rounded up as one cent. It doesn't mean that it isn't there, though. Keep checking the balance on your account.

Damn, I read that wrong. Well, that match makes much more sense. But yeah, I'd rather see the White match. I mean, I take what I can get, obviously, but you know...
-
Yay, more Cash Wheeler in singles! I have been wishing for those every now and again! He's going to be in trouble with Jay White, though! Edit...Or would be in trouble, if he was actually wrestling him. I like his chances against Lethal better, though.

And neither of those smarmy assholes really trust each other, as is. You'd think that MJF at least has some kind of back-up plan in place already, as these alliances always tend to backfire on SOMEONE. It is just a case of who blinks first and gets stabbed in the back for it? And this could still be a game of 4D-chess by Sammy and he doesn't trust that check to clear anyway, that's why he put some ridiculous number on it!
-
At the off-chance that the main event of Double or Nothing WON'T be Sammy laying down for MJF, I already pre-ordered the PPV for the extra FITE credits. Even if it will be turned into a 4-way, won't those two do their damnest just to get inside the ring alone and do the taking the dive anyway? I mean Sammy still wants the check, right? Well, there's still enough time for the friendship to implode, obviously, but as things stand now, it would make sense, right?

So yeah, last week went as I suspected. Three morning runs and one short workout with the resistance band. I did carry (instead of dragging) my carry-on luggage for a mile or so to the bus stop when we were leaving, so that was something. This week, I managed 3 workouts from Sunday night to Tuesday. The first two were just your usual pump stuff for the upper body, but the third was trapbar. I left home quite early so I could make sure I wouldn't run out of time. The start seemed nothing special, I did get the 2 reps with 480 without Versas, as has been the norm recently. The 574 went up from a slightly shorter distance than previously, but I compensated by doing 3 instead of just one rep. The 675 moved, as expected, so I did singles with 683, 694 and 707 from almost the shortest distance. Then, from the dead shortest, I did 3x727 and then started working my way back down the weights. I don't really remember the reps but the weights were the same I used on the way up. Once I got down to 480, I used almost the shortest distance, but did more than 10 reps (probably not quite 15 though) with it. Then some light shrugs, as I still almost ran out of time before work. The next day I was dead tired though, even if my body was not aching any more than usual. I guess the central nervous system got a bit overwhelmed there, so I called it a week and try to rest up. Diet starts next week, so if I can repeat what I did this week a bit later on, I would be lifting 4 times my own bodyweight, nevermind how short the actual distance is. So yeah, I'm happy about that.

That's kinda funny because I also convert kg into lbs so people in the USA have easier time following my posts. I have used the calculator on my tablet all this time. That's dedication, right?

Kenny Omega, Daddy Magic & Cool Hand, Eddie Kingston, the former team of Sonny Kiss and Joey Janela and FTR are the themes I listen to, even when I'm not watching wrestling.

I was under the impression he couldn't draw flies with his mouth full of shit! At least that's what Bischoff said, according to Flair.

"Ok, you guys! I got a decent deal on this sligthly used one and it will be the only one I'll be willing or able to afford for at least a few years. If this thing bothers you, I suggest you stay away from the garage for the time being! Also, I think our neighbour saw me take it there too, so I think you both should go outside and talk to him, so he won't freak out too bad."

Granted, this looks quite suspicious, but if the dude is in his mid 50's then his parents are likely at least in their 70's, so maybe he just wants to be well prepared for the inevitable? Hopefully due to natural causes.

Ok, not free, then. Let's call it reasonably priced and available.

And Mark was like "I thought you meant just us two, I didn't mean I want anything to do with these douches!" but didn't actually say anything.

Looking at the comprehensive list that others have made in order to answer this question, it brings up another question: Is this the reason why so many wrestlers "just love to have fun"? I mean looking at the list, any attempt to actually have any fun is almost always destined to bring misery! They are so starved for fun, because there is no way to have it in wrestling without it backfiring that it becomes their only goal? "I'd love to have fun, any fun will do! Even this stupid dancing." -
One more (half) day and the Winter break is finally here. We'll be going to Italy for the week, so no workouts next week, but we are planning to do some running in the mornings while there. (Ok, I packed my flexi-band in, just in case just now) I put the order in for the usual Spring/Early summer diet supplements this morning, and I guess waiting for the right moment paid off as I paid about the usual amount, despite the inflation. Granted, I had to leave out some of the less essential items, but I'll place another order if it turns out they were essential, after all (which I highly doubt). Today, I should do bench and calves and then I'll be all set. Wednesday was mostly shoulders and lat pulldowns, yesterday was messing around with heavy and heavyish dumbells. I also had one unusually easy shift at work which helped me to get in a much needed stretching for the legs. What I haven't done is make any new sports massage appointments, so I should book some once I get back from the trip. I'm currently at 183 lbs (which funnily enough also nicely translates to 83kg) with about two weeks to go before the diet begins. By the looks of it, I don't have to go too crazy this year, unless something drastic happens in the following 16 days. But if I don't go a little bit crazy, it won't be as much fun, so we shall see. ...edit: Bench and calves done, also made a new Playlist for this year's diet, as in running and workouts with high heartrate! Tested it, working wonderfully!

Using dateline to backup his claim. Ok, I'll allow it. -

I think even that lying turd was savvy enough to mean 400 DATES a year, instead of actual days, but who the hell knows anymore? -
After some extra rest during Easter weekend, I started the week with the trapbar. Some decent stuff with the lighter weights, with 2 reps standing on the higher platform with 379 without Versas and 4 separate singles from various levels with 478 without them as well. I got the 574 up from exactly the same level as last week, so no improvement there, but after getting 640 up from a nice distance, I put the higher platforms in place and went straight to 674. Got 2 and 1 from similar distance as the 662 last week, so I decided to ante up. Got 3 with 684 using rest pause between each rep, then 3 with 695 with similar method from slightly shorter distance. Was going for 706 from the shortest distance and got it up, but the other platform shifted during the lift, so I had to put the weight down without clearing the rep. Still, that was something else! Quite the start for the week.

I'd say easily and with a considerable margin, nevermind how good the other two are.

That one Inoki vs The Great Antonio (or whatever the big guy was called) has to be amongst them, for more than one reason. If the big guy was actually suffering from some kind of mental disorder or another and Inoki took such an advantage of him inside the ring, that makes it several magnitudes worse than the absolute shit that the in-ring "action" is, until the unprofessional blows start landing. -
Only three workouts this week, due to Easter, but the overall mood was positive. Bench started rebounding somewhat, as I slowly started to figure out what was wrong, still only a couple of sets with 253 was highest I got. Tuesday's trapbar was once again a slight improvement with the 662, getting it up once from a better distance than last week and 3 singles from the same height as last week and then a set of 5 from the shortest distance. Before that, I also got one rep with 574 from almost floor level and one with both 618 and 640 from the "usual" platform height. There was some lighter stuff before that but nothing important. Last two mornings we've gone out for a 30 minute jogs with my wife, which is a good warm-up for the upcoming spring/summer diet as I should start get into running once again.
