The big issue is bottlenecking. People want to see Miro, MJF, Wardlow, The Acclaimed, Hangman Page, Hobbs, Darby, Jungle Boy, FTR, Silver, Thunder Rosa, Jace Cargill, Britt Baker ect pushed plus you are also going to have the EVPs in prominent positions. You only have so much TV time and so many belts. you just can't push everybody unless you start having more TV shows like WCW with a bunch of syndicated stuff. You start talking about singing people and it becomes and stick them where?

I didn't really have to much of a problem with Cody's promo other than it felt weird for him to be channelling1980's Hulk Hogan instead of his dad for a change

I saw that youtube clip looking for the steiner pic and now I kinda want Hager and Wardlow to have a match like that

I'd say wrestling in general could use a good 20% dialing back. Personally I feel kinda burned out on constant gimmick matches. I'd be fine with no more crash pad bumps (WWE did one at Halloween Havoc, does anyone even remember that), nobody's eye getting gouged out. plus I find myself agree with Cornette that things like weapons in a cage match or an I Quit match in a hell in a cell are a "hat on a hat". And I agree that putting limits on things can help with creativity cause you have to figure out how to work with what you have instead of just more, more, more

Loved the cold open split screen for the opener. Really good presentation that gave the match a big fight feel. Bugs me how the tag rules seem to disappear in bucks matches, plus this was a bad night for refs looking like idiots. Jericho should have been off TV selling the injury, but another great promo from Tully. Cody went back to the 80's with that promo Did Kenny say Heel Turn as he left?

Hey if WCW could have 4 WW3 ppvs AEW can have multiple DONs

It would be great if he was a heels back up and just repeaed everything in a promo. Heel "I'm gonna kick your ass!" AA "Yhea he's gonna kick your ass"

I think before the match we all new Thunder Rosa was great..after the match we realized Britt was great too. I full expect after Brit wins the title for Rosa to be like "I just beat your ass" and Britt to be like "didn't count"

I've always enjoyed Lance's takes on wrestling going back to when he would do commentaries on his website

I thought after losing to Gustaffson Glover was done but instead he's gone but istead he's gone 6-1 with 5 finishes to put himself back in a title fight. Impressive

JC and Brian Last have compared him to Dusty booking himself as the center of the universe and shoe horning his giant entourage into everything. I love Cornette for his historical perspectives and think he has good perspectives on why things do or don't work but more and more he sounds like an old man yelling about "these kids today and their rock 'n' roll"

Back when HHH was doing Harley Race cosplay as "touring NWA champion" Jeff Jarrett was doing the same thing in TNA and doing it better. I remember Jeff having a really good match against Wildcat Chris Harris back in the weekly ppv days that was as good a version of "Flair vs regional top babyface" as your going to see.
