I think it’s pretty obvious that I’m one of the most pro-AEW people here, but TK as an on-screen, evil authority figure is probably the one thing* that would make me quit watching. *I mean, there’s not just one thing, but this would be near the top of the list.

I think the “problem” with Orange is that he’s an awesome wrestler. I think if he was more limited, he would’ve stayed in that same character (Danhausen?). But when you’ve got someone who can fucking go like he can, it’s hard to keep him as this comedy character forever.

This event became lore in my town once wrestling blew up. “You know, Macho Man wrestled here!” A friend of mine’s older brother was there. He said, during the main event, he wadded up a paper cup and threw it into the ring and yelled, “Use the cup, Macho Man!” Savage picked it up, grabbed Lanny in a headlock and grinded the cup in his face. “Use the cup, Macho Man!” became a battle cry for us.

Yeah, it seems like it'd be pretty simple to do three gold matches on Dynamite each week, and then three blue on Collision. Do that for five weeks and that's it. I'm thinking there must have been some scheduling or injury thing that threw the blue league off.

Between DeVitto's game and Chase Brown scoring a touchdown for the Bengals against Indy, it was a nice week for former Illini.

I really don't care about these awards or any of them really. It would just be cool to see the people who worked on that show recognized.
