  1. You *so* lied ... (podium descends back into floor)
  2. That it's not the destination, but the journey?
  3. So, what was the Tolkien kids' beef with LOTR? I'm curious as to what they were expecting ...
  4. I would actually find that quite interesting and, dare I say, entertaining. Especially if it was Brian Hebner that did the deed.
  5. My god, that scene from "Ed Wood" where they sneak in to steal the octopus, recast with TNA regulars made me guffaw. One of you - I can't review on this phone - has Eric Young vs. Icarus in my head as a "match I didn't know I wanted until now;" once I post this, you're getting a "like."
  6. First match on the first Spike Impact was Strong/Styles. He took the move perfect! There is nothing "strong style" about the first Impact, yerk yerk yerk!
  7. The Clash is basically a pancake piledriver with a bunny hop ... AJ should just leave the hop out of it and simply fall forward.
  8. I liked Joe in ROH. I liked Joe when he debuted in TNA. I liked Joe even after he lost to Angle. I liked Joe when he finally won the TNA gold. Then he got kidnapped. I started liking Joe a little less. Recently, I rewatched a copious amount of Joe in ROH. Now, I hate Joe in TNA.
  9. Before I googled it and realized it was just Clue, I thought that was some sort of crazy Inspector Claudio Clouseau character from CHIKARA I never heard of and you were wondering why Cesaro didn't portray that character. Now, I hate that I missed the Claudio-as-Sherlock Holmes character that never happened in Chikara.
  10. I'd almost be willing to consider the onset of dementia. Something about his interviews in the media about the movie, esp. the ongoing statements that he just didn't "get it," i.e. the story, the concept, make me think this. I could be totally off-base though.
  11. Saying "uppity" is racist? And people shit on me for saying "whigger" was offensive ...
  12. Badd/Anderson was pretty good, and Vader vs. Duggan was the last good match of Duggan's career, and was shockingly excellent. They just beat the living hell out of each other. But, yeah, the rest of that show was garbage with a side of garbage. Pretty much everything after Havoc 94, up to like, early 96 was buttcheeks. I don't get why buttcheeks is a bad thing. Who doesn't like buttcheeks? It's what's in the middle. (See, you can learn something on "Duck Dynasty.")
  13. This Raw was on my birthday. That is all.
  14. Oooh, actually I *do* remember that! Now I want to watch that again ...
  15. The first one that comes to mind is Bret Hart in '94. Bret & Owen vs. The Quebecers when Owen kicked Bret's leg out of his leg. Then, Bret & Luger were co-winners of the Royal Rumble. I sincerely don't try to be an asshole, per se, but my brain is about to explode; you know what I'm dying to ask, right?
  16. Mines that of an annoyingly ingratiating and egregious wordsmith.
  17. I apologize for any contribution on my part, vis a vis the ripping they're doing to you Web Conn. The post I referenced seemed like a very excited fan considering consequences of a juxtaposed ECW with the current crop of indy talent that has come along since ECW's demise. When delivered in your signature posting style, it was amusing. So I wasn't initially busting your chops. Just puttin' that out there.
  18. I ran out of breath reading that IN MY HEAD.
  19. "Waking Sleeping Beauty" is one. Heard it's good, haven't watched it yet.
  20. That very well could have been the wrestler applying the hold.
