this reminds me of a story Cornette told on one of the early episodes of his Drive Thru podcast where The Midnights had a match against Buzz and someone else and at one point Buzz slapped Cornette across the face causing his nose to bleed which pissed Cornette off so he started hitting him in the head with the edge of the racket. After the match the Midnights are in a trailer that was being used as a change room and Buzz comes in mad about what Cornette did and they get in a yelling match while, Cornette claims, Dennis Condrey was reaching into his bag where he kept his gun. After throwing some shit around Buzz, a "drug fucked mental deficient" according to Cornette, goes to stomp off but he falls down the steps of the trailer to the ground.

Just to go back to the Austin stuff on the previous page, the all caps screenshot is 100% a parody account. I don't know what Austins real thoughts are on such issues but that particular post is definitely not him. The audio about gay marriage is him though. I recall hearing that podcast some time ago. It was one of his shows with his friend from Texas Ted Fowler (the "Teddy" referred to in the clip).

I'm making my way through WCW PPVs and Clashs up until whenever I get to the point that Hogan annoys me too much and watched Bash 90 and Clash 12 today. There were some great matches (including the famous Midnight vs Southern Boys) but two questions stuck in my mind afterwards: Who did Zenk piss off to be the jobber for Vader and Hansen on consecutive shows? Were The Freebirds going for the 'cross dressing prostitute in a 80s New York crime movie' look or was it an accident?
