Deadline is reporting that Michael Keaton has officially joined Spider-Man: Homecoming (most likely as The Vulture).
-
There's a rumor going around that Vincent D'Onofrio as Kingpin will be in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
-
anyway, let's talk about a movie that some people will actually care about: WB is developing a Harley Quinn movie with Margot Robbie.
-
It's definitely not as good as his self-titled album. I honestly didn't listen to Overgrown, might have to check it out this weekend and see how it stacks up. But really, I can listen to anything he does because that man's voice is fucking heaven. I saw him live a few years ago and he sounds just as good live as he does on record. It's a cover, but this might be my favorite song in his catalog.

There were a lot of times throughout this episode where I laughed and immediately said out loud, "I shouldn't have laughed at that", even though it was intentional humor. That was an episode full of some dark humor. The Eagle during the credits was my favorite part, too. It's all but a foregone conclusion that she somehow gets re-elected, right? Especially since HBO renewed them for a 6th season. Selena as a private citizen doesn't seem as interesting.

Maybe Thanos introduces Zemo to the moonstones?
-
It's interesting to note that Malekith, Red Skull & Ronan were all "killed" by the Infinity Stone that was featured in each of those movies. So, using comic book logic, the previous three could all be resurrected in a future movie (Infinity Wars?), along with other villains like Zemo and Abomination. Obviously Ultron was obliterated by Vision, though. So, if they go that route, you could have Thanos somehow bring Malekith, Red Skull and Ronan back to life (or whatever), and break Zemo and Blonsky out of their respective prisons. Then you have the wildcard of Loki - he might join forces with Thanos (again), or maybe he'd help the Avengers. You still have the tease of a real Mandarin out there somewhere, too.

I forgot I did, it was months ago when I did that. Fixed it now But, uhhhh, yeah, what Fowler said!

maybe the new Kong movie will be a reboot and point out that Kong is just as large as Godzilla? It's not a sequel or continuation of the Peter Jackson film, right?
-
new James Blake and Radiohead got me to stop listening to hip-hop for a minute, but then Post Malone and Chance the Rapper dropped new mixtapes so I'm currently in a weird blend of music right now. And it's glorious.

I miss Justin Roberts.

Phase 3 is: Civil War Doctor Strange Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Spider-Man Thor: Ragnarok Black Panther Infinity War Part 1 Ant-Man & The Wasp Captain Marvel Infinity War Part 2 Kevin Feige said recently (this week?) that Inhumans will still be made because everyone at Marvel Studios loves the characters and the story, so it's likely to be in Phase 4.
-
Black Panther is in Phase 3. Everything from Civil War to Infinity War and all the movies in between are Phase 3. Inhumans is likely to be in Phase 4, according to Feige.

TNA is behind, again, on paying their production staff.

He was already in Agent Carter, though. And died.
-
Why? As much as people rag on Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter wasn't the best thing ever either. Was Atwell amazing in that role? Yes. Was she the only good thing about both seasons? Yes. Is it enough to make me care about that show and want to watch every week? Absolutely not.
-
And thankfully Agent Carter is cancelled too.

I'm super pissed they made an Assassin's Creed movie before a Half-Life one. Come on, (insert who I should blame here).

It's helping Roman get over in the sense that, when the dueling chants start, the guys chant for AJ Styles, and the women chant for Roman. Other than that, I don't hear the male portion of the crowd chanting for him or reacting positively towards Roman. This isn't just hating on Roman, either - it's audible, you can tell the difference when the "AJ Styles! Roman Reigns!" stuff starts. On the other end of this, though... that backstage pretape where Roman and the Usos were chatting in the lockerroom - shower of boos. When his music hit and all three came out - shower of boos. Oh, and I repeat what I said last week - fuck the Usos.
-
One of those hardly counts, and the other was in the movie for all of 10 minutes. Come on, you know he means one of the Avengers, not background characters.

"Tony Stank, party of one."

Hornswoggle & Dutch have already booked some dates with Global Force.

DC on the CW had a really good week of television this week, damn. Flash was REALLY good and emotional with a nice cliffhanger, Arrow was just really damn good I thought and the Thea subplot that lead into the masterplan of Darhk was pretty brilliant, and LoT had a nice swerve too. All of these shows have pretty badass villains at the moment, I kind of don't want to see any of them go the way of their counterparts from previous seasons. Flash, Arrow's team & LoT crew versus Zoom, Dahrk and Savage would be amazing, but that's a pipedream at best. My only complaint, is about LoT, and continues to be the existence of Hawkgirl and Hawkman. Get them the fuck off my TV, immediately. I literally laughed out loud when Carter suddenly remembered his past, then was promptly stabbed by Savage. I thought it was a fatal wound, until Rip had to spoil it with his "good" news. Damnit. (Martin Donovan always plays the good guy that's actually a bad guy, apparently.)
