  1. Some fans are convincing themselves that the finish to Taker/Lesnar was a botched shoot. The 21-1 video was just WWE having a back-up just in case something went wrong.
  2. For those who enjoyed HHH's new entrance attire:
  3. Well it could have been booked into a more meaningful feud. It had reached the point of comical the whole streak. Was tired of having people try and sell the idea that the streak is what matters and sells itself. The build to it the last few years has proved otherwise. In some cases I have seen people say both of those things seemingly oblivious to the contradiction. The whole time during that match I was thinking I am so bored with the Undertaker and wish he would go away. Made worse that he had no cardio whatsoever. Made Batista at the Royal Rumble look good in comparison. Hopefully this also kills all the Sting talk. I agree 100%. The whole streak lost its appeal to me I guess around HBK/Taker II.
  4. Link please. I hate him. https://twitter.com/DolphinsReddit "Flat out despicable behavior." C'mon now.... LOL, what the fuck? For real?
  5. Seriously, Twitter is stupid and needs to fuck off already. Why is this dude freaking out on Twitter because of a supposed WWE source feeding him lies? Like he's calling it despicable behavior that he got fooled...
  6. Not to be a negative nancy, but I wish they didn't do that table spot tonight. It looked horrible and disgusting. Orton fell back first onto a monitor and basically crushed it. You can see it caved in after they hit the floor. Just seemed like an unnecessary spot. All that aside, it was a good show. I'm glad the tag title match got so much time even though it was on the pre-show. I was happy to see Cesaro have a big coming out party tonight between breaking off from the Real Americans and then winning the Battle Royal with that awesome spot. The end of Taker/Lesnar was shocking, so I guess good on WWE there. I got to be honest, I never had this emotional connection to the streak that fans did because it was starting to become ridiculous. I thought Taker's last two matches with Triple H were dull and boring. This wasn't so bad, but honestly I hope Undertaker retires now. He looked in horrible shape tonight and looks like he shouldn't be in the ring anymore. HHH/Bryan had a good match and I'm glad it opened the show instead of putting it right before the main event. I recall Vengeance 2001 when they put Rock/Jericho right before the main event and thought that was the dumbest move possible and didn't the main event the attention and time it deserved. Hey, glad Bryan got his moment and they put him over big time tonight. Hope they don't screw him over again tomorrow.
  7. Hall seemed to be doing well last night, so I hope he keeps it up. Credit to him and Nash for trying to keep things short.
  8. http://boxofficemojo.com/weekend/chart/ If you look at the overseas numbers, it's already surpassed the international take of the first film.
  9. I've read both Planet Hulk and World War Hulk. And yes I agree the comic is better, but I think the animated movie did a decent job of sort of streamlining it.
  10. It seemed like the Warrior jersey thing was him speaking metaphorically and making a point about athletes emulating pro wrestlers. That's why Twitter annoys me and should die forever.
  11. Too bad we could never see more Lionsgate Marvel animated movies. Some of them were mediocre, but a World War Hulk sequel to Planet Hulk would've been awesome.
  12. What annoys me more, after this, they will spend another hour during WrestleMania plugging the Hall of Fame Inductees. Like at WrestleMania 25, Stone Cold Steve Austin had his big tribute and goodbye, and then he did it all over again the next night at WrestleMania. It's just...I get it, but let's get on with it already.
  13. Didn't we want weirdness for a Warrior speech? Next year, get rid of the comedy BS.
  14. Winter Soldier had an opening day of about $37 million and will likely have around $94-$100 million for the weekend. So right now I'm doubting Disney will be too eager to abandon the May 6 2016 spot.
  15. Still not as good as the WrestleMania X-7 set
  16. I meant literally kill him.
  17. The past few Manias have had eight matches. It won't be hard if HHH/DB, the title match, Taker/Lesnar, Cena/Wyatt, the Shield match, and the Andre battle royal all go 15+ minutes and a couple of those go for around 30. Maybe they can have an impromptu IC match based on events that happen in the battle royal. I mean they got 4 hours, I feel like they should be able to get the tag match on there and give it a good chunk of time. I was at WrestleMania 17 and there were 11 matches. Some of them were pretty short squash types or sprints, but also a lot of them got a decent amount of time. Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar, IMHO, it shouldn't get anywhere close to 30 minutes. 20 minutes tops I think. I feel like this Usos tag title reign was a long time coming. Finally get to WrestleMania and now they are a throwaway match on the pre-show. And then you have Cesaro who it looks like WWE has been grooming for bigger things as of late, and he gets shoved aside as well. It's like when they put Bryan vs. Sheamus on the pre-show as a throwaway lumberjack match and then turned it into a pointless battle royal partway through.
