Buy Me a Burrito

The first Iron Man was a different sort of super hero movie. The first Cap was a fun adventure movie with some heart to it. The first Avengers had wonder and spectacle and Loki chewing up scenery. Winter Soldier was a great action flick. This was a pale imitation of the first Iron Man. The comedy was obvious, there were no real stakes to the movie. The cameos just sort of happened. Nothing dazzled me. I've seen the guy-in-powerful-suit-fights-other-powerful-guy-in-suit movie before, and Robert Downey did it better the first time.

I liked it more than AoU. With that being said it was a big pile of meh for me. There was no energy or joy in this movie. It just sort of happened. I'm just getting burned out on Marvel movies. They are all starting to feel similar to me.

I follow that guy whose name I am not mentioning because it's easier than following eleventy billion wrestlers on Twitter.

So great. Overlooked in how great he was. I said on my Facebook page a little while ago that he could be a technical wrestler, a ass kicking brawler and a clown in the same match and you believed every one of them. I'm sadder about this than I should be. I loved the Dream and it was one of my goals just to meet him and shake his hand. Loved the guy.

They are promoting Brooke because of the WWE's association with the Arnold Classic, something that legitimizes what they do and means a lot to Triple H. That's fine. I think she could use a lot of work. It doesn't make Triple H the devil and it doesn't downgrade what NXT is or does. It's the WWE, they always have a muscle-y type that they are pushing before they are ready. Relax. It's one segment on a weekly TV show. Hardly worth a few pages of arguing, speculation and insults on a message board.
