Absolutely. If he gets injured then bring in a back-up. Best to test him before the tournament before the final 23 is announced. I'd agree Noble deserved a chance, but I wouldn't take him over Wilshere. He'd be there instead of Milner or Delph, for me.

If I were to speculate, I'd say Delph and Rashford are just making up the numbers and will be dropped before the final squad. Now, If I was Roy I'd get rid of Milner. Dier, Drinkwater, Henderson and Wilshere are enough in that position.

So I was at the Emirates yesterday and now I've had time to reflect. The atmosphere is usually a bit tense, bit nervous, and if we don't score straight away we're screaming obscenities at Giroud (not me, though, i love that good looking bastard). Yesterday the atmosphere was really positive from the start. Everybody was joking around, Can't believe what happened with Spurs. We came into the ground resigned to 3rd, just wanted to enjoy the day and give Arteta, Rosicky & Flamini a good send-off. As the goals were going in at St James' we couldn't process it. How could this be happening? Is this an elaborate wind-up? When Spurs got a goal back and Mitrovic was sent off, we feared the worst. How could they not beat a relegated team that were a man down? Especially when Spurs have been decent at coming back from behind, late on too. I know we didn't win shit this season, and we're disappointed our title fight went tits-up, but when we've been getting grief all year from spurs fans, telling us its their year, tides have changed, new era, london is white and blue... You can't blame us for celebrating. Especially since it's Spurs' best premier league season ever and we STILL finished above them. Anyway, the atmosphere carried on way into the night and despite the beers I'm feeling pretty decent today.

Ive noticed Spurs fans upset that Arsenal & Chelsea fans were happy spurs didn't win the league. Like this concept of hoping your rivals don't win anything is unheard of over at the Lane. They've been the biggest offenders of this for 20+ years and now suddenly they're outraged.

So my girlfriend is texting me. She's so bored she's playing WWE2k16. She's coming out with a couple of zingers despite not being much of a wrestling fan. firstly she's looking at downloading some CAWs. "Why have people made the Dudley Boys? WHY?! GET THE TABLES... and pack them up along with your wassaaaap shtick" then "dolph ziggler is kicking my arse. That's when you know you're bad. I've hit rock bottom" and I thought she only paid attention to the new day. EDIT: she downloaded an Ethan Klein (h3h3) CAW.

Strange how my girlfriend saw some DX thing a few days ago and asked who the female bodyguard was. I explained her story and how she was pretty much blackballed by WWE. I guess I understand their reasoning in current day WWE why they wouldn't be putting her name out there too much. But she was just forgotten about by H & Steph, whereas I've always thought she was a huge deal in the attitude era. Ok, she was never a great worker but she was in the rumble and won the IC belt, and in that time of wrestling for a woman to do that was a big deal. She should've been celebrated earlier.

It's not really my thing to go to these kind of 'events' or meet & greets or whatever. But my girlfriend got tickets as a surprise (she's a sweetheart).

So I'm going to see Bret this week in Newcastle and I'll be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about meeting him. When I was 10 years old there probably wasn't a bigger idol in the world for me, so this is gonna be a pretty huge deal and I hope he's not having a shitty day and acts like dick.

They wanted to suggest that the crowd would boo Reigns because they boo all the babyfaces and cheer all the heels - EXCEPT the crowd cheered all the babyfaces other than Reigns. Styles, Zayn, Cesaro, Ryder, New Day, they didn't get booed, they all got great reactions. The crowd will get behind babyfaces if they're decent and not completely forced upon them.

To be fair - that is a very big Meltzer talking point (usually in regards to Cena) and also comes from Punk saying that when they turned him heel his merch sales plummeted It may or may not be completely true, but I have an issue with posters saying it so matter-of-fact-ly like they're sitting there discussing it with Vince accompanied by a complete breakdown of merchandise sales from the last five years. Or they just heard Dave say it on a podcast.

It may be more McMahon family drama, but it could mean the heel-GM dynamic is put to bed for a while after Mania, and in that sense seeing Shane was a breath of fresh air. Of course, it could all just lead to more McMahon family drama and even more Stephanie on my TV.
