I love board games, what makes it hard is uh I don't have friends that love board games. This means that my brother and I end up playing with my mom and step-dad. Don't get me wrong, we enjoy our occasional game nights, the issue is finding games that we all like. I've tried to introduce the old folk to fun "current" games like Cranium and 7 Wonders, but both were too.... creative for my step-dad. He is an accountant and doesn't like using the creative side of his brain, if he has one at all. He prefers math and trivia games (Bezzerwizzer was fine, we play that still), but those bore the rest of us. So its a problem. We do however all enjoy Taboo (for some reason that he can play), and Scattergories/Scattergories Categories. Any of you board game players have any suggestions of games that are more new and fun but not too strategic/creative-intensive? There are so many new games out and I try to read Amazon reviews, but I'm open to suggestions. My brother will be in town in a week and I'd like to find a new game or two to play, its been two years since we got new games.

Just from the first quarter of Bengals/Cardinals I have decided I am not drafting Carson Palmer under any circumstances.

Yea I doubt we will ever see Bradford in a Rams uniform again unless he takes a massive paycut, will be interesting to see what kind of interest he gets next year coming off two knee surgeries and being solidly good but not great in his career.

Either way, just PM me if you want to pay via check and I'll give you my address. Afraid if I post it publicly I will get magazine subscriptions sent to my house. The thing with paypal is last year I think they had some script that noticed people putting FFL or something similar in it, and I got an email about using paypal for gambling purposes and to stoppit. So as long as everything is blank I don't think they could track it. -
Yea I mostly got it for the current product. I already have or have seen all the older stuff that I wanted to re-watch so the current product was the hook. Don't get me wrong, if I had a slow Tuesday night it was fun to turn on the Network and watch a 1995 WCW PPV, but that is more of the additional perk, I have Netflix and video games and other things I can watch. But getting the current PPVs for such a low price was worth it, as long as the new stuff stays interesting.

All-Purpose Health and Fitness Thread

I need to figure out how to get my weight loss to the 'next level' that won't make me hate life. I have lost 75 pounds in the last 18 months and am at my lowest weight since being an adult, but I still have about 20 more to lose and in the last two months I have lost 0 pounds. I haven't gained any either, just kinda chilling at 191. I already run three days a week and make sure to get at least 10K steps a day to make sure I stay moving. I know I have been cheating a little too often food-wise this summer so I am hoping by shaping that back up I can start going downwards again. Things I can't/won't do is weights (I know it helps, just a personal thing, I absolutely hate weight lifting) or run any more than I already am (also hate running for no reason). So I need to find a tennis or racquetball buddy, or find some other hobby that gets me moving. I just got some resistance bands, that may be 'different' enough from lifting weights I may look online and see if I can find some exercises for them. People keep saying to me "Kevin you're skinny!" which I guess is nice of them but it doesn't really help as I am still overweight, I am just thinn'er' than I used to be and people try too hard to be nice. But it is starting to get on my nerves -
Keiji Mutoh vs. Jushin Thunder Liger, New Japan on 4/19/01
Kevin Wilson replied to Kevin Wilson's topic in JAPAN
I got the information from cagematch.de, but I highly doubt it was taped. It wasn't on the TV list for that year. -
Well I will agree that doing the paypal/bank account thing is rather excessive and a lot of hassle to get out of the contract.

Course I speak as someone that just cancelled mine, but only until Survivor Series so I can get it through WM again. Just not really interested in the next few PPVs and it will give them time to add more content.

Such a silly argument. You can get a fruit basket delivered to your house every month for $10. If you don't like fruit, do you order it anyway because it is 'just 10 dollars?' If someone isn't enjoying the service, why would they pay for it just because they could?

Ever had that match you always wanted to see but it was nowhere online and you didn't feel like paying for it? Well this is that match for me. I am a huge Liger and Mutoh fan, and I try to watch any singles matches between them. This would be the third I have seen, they had a match at the 2001 G1 Climax which is of course online, and the famous Great Muta vs. Kishin Liger match from 1996. And they have this one, a random singles match on a random card that no one cares about. Well just in case there was anyone else in the world interested, I figured once I purchased it I may as well upload it Date: April 19th, 2001 Location: Tokyo Korakuen Hall Reason: No idea Download Link: Here (330 MB) If I am missing any Mutoh/Muta vs. Liger singles matches that were recorded, let me know so I can go find them.... cagematch tells me they had matches on 8/1/91 and 1/5/85, guess I will look through Lynch's catalog and see if I see those anywhere. As for the match, its good, but submission-based (this was during Liger's failed "heavyweight" phase) and since it wasn't even the main event they didn't do a ton. But it is still Mutoh after his revival and Liger is Liger, so I still thought it was entertaining. Mutoh also did the 'original' Shining Wizard here so it was before he changed it to the more opponent-friendly version.

Looks like Welker was concussed again. With his history, that obviously isn't a good thing.

Well hopefully you won't be double drafting for too long, although I can see how that would kinda suck. But it should just be the last few rounds where you can throw some personal favorites that no one else wants (like Manning) in your queue and pay attention to your new draft. -
I know a lot of Redskins fans so I try not to hate them, but RG3 is just incredibly unlikeable. If he makes one more reference to last year's coaching I am going to punch someone in the throat. So if he fails that is fine with me.

You and Ryan can duel it out since so far y'all have been the oddballs with time commitments on a random Tuesday night, he has a commitment starting at 8ish on Tuesdays. Download the mobile app, they are claiming they made it easier this year to draft via mobile. Assuming you have a smart phone, if not you'll have to do that first. Also I need some dues, I should let only those that have paid have a say in when the draft is -
Rams players are dropping like flies, I think four have been injured already this half.
-
I love seeing why I sucked so clearly written out, thanks SKoS!

If only the Bills could play the Dolphins every week, they would have been 16-0 last year On the plus side, Bills #1 Offense is lighting up the Buc's #2 defense. So there's something.
-
This Bills game has been bad. So bad. I am the most optimistic fan in the world and even I can't think of anything nice to say.
-
Did the NFL say it was headhunting? It was just your 'normal' late hit on a QB so it should have been a foul. I didn't watch the game so I didn't hear what the referee called it but certainly looked like a penalty.
-
Haha you must not know Ditch very well Although I think he tolerates Mutoh, it is Muta that you shouldn't hold your breath about.
-
Plus those are initial bids, I thought when the process started the Bills would sell for 1.1 to 1.2 billion, somewhere in there. Another issue with the Bills is they need a new stadium so the new owner is going to have that to deal with, which will no doubt cost them more money.

That is about all there is to tell It is just rumors right now so I am guessing holiday 2015 release at the earliest. Same with Fallout 4 and SR V. Smelly thinks waaaay in the future.
-
For both systems, business will 'pick up' heading into the holidays. I got my PS4 last week, so far I only have one game, Infamous Second Son. Which I thought was fun, but didn't look next-gen. But I just got Diablo III (waiting until my brother comes into town in a few weeks to play couch co-op), and I have pre-ordered Far Cry 4, WWE, Madden, and Assassin's Creed Unity. That will be more than enough for me until 2015, plus I may get Destiny. I opted for the PS4 because I already have PS Plus for my PS3 and I had 'purchased' all the free PS4 games all year, so I had a nice backlog for when I get bored. Plus I prefer the PS controller, to me the controller is the main difference between the systems. The only XBox exclusive game that is a 'must play' for me is Gears of War (was never a Halo guy), but for the most part the consoles are pretty much the same, Tabe pretty much outlined the few differences. As far as PS Now goes, the only ones I think are a good deal are some of the week rentals. If I know I have a week with a lot of free time, I could easily beat a game in a week and thus save quite a bit of money. But the four hour rentals and month rentals are priced stupidly and serve no real purpose.

I find her proportions unrealistic. Is that the outrage?
