I'm glad I wasn't the only one that noticed Paige's boobs. I wish I had more to contribute but that just wasn't very good, the training part didn't do much for me, the judging was weird and even Jericho seemed off.

So Oscar De La Hoya seems to be going beyond just the normal old man "I could beat that guy if I still boxed" thing by continuing to talk about having a match next year. Do boxing people think it is plausible? I guess it would still pop a buyrate even though there is no way he is beating GGG or Mayweather as far as I can tell.

Car was totaled and shockingly I got $3,030 for it. I paid $3,000 for it over four years ago. Not a bad deal. -

I got into my first ever car accident today. I am putting it here though because it wasn't my fault (not debatable), the guy that hit me was nice/has insurance, and I already have an appointment at the body shop tomorrow which Geico has confirmed they are paying for repairs (he also has Geico) and a rental will be waiting for me. So for a first accident, as smooth as it gets I assume. Only downside is I got a subpoena to go to his court date so I really hope he just pays in advance without arguing. Poor car though. -
Yea all the 'fix' talk is stupid. It is a well known fact that Shamrock has no chin whatsoever and those were pretty clean shots. They wouldn't have knocked out Roy Nelson or anything and didn't knock out Shamrock either, but was definitely enough to put the 51 year old with probably permanent head issues on dream street. Not sure what else people were expecting, I told my brother it would end in the first either the first time Kimbo got a clean shot or if Shamrock was able to get a quick takedown/submission. Not that I am a genius, that was just the only realistic outcome.

I don't understand why they need kickstarter, they are just losing a cut. Since Sony is helping, why not just do something similar on their site but keep all the money? Shenmue fans would find it wherever they announced it was.

I am only halfway through. Nothing jumping out at me yet as overly recommendable, which isn't unusual for BOSJ points matches.

If I went eight days without Internet I dunno what I would do. Which is kind of sad but that's life these days.

Not sure what AD thought he would accomplish but at least he seems to have come around. Really this was the only realistic conclusion all along.

Rossy Ogawa has announced that Yoshiko is retiring. She will speak to the crowd at the 6/14 Stardom event. Retirements in wrestling as we all know mean nothing, she is still so young, it really just depends on if she has completely lost the passion for it.

Yea I am sure Styles makes good money with New Japan and the bigger US Indies, I can't imagine WWE is offering what he already makes. So unless he has the 'dream' of wrestling in WWE, I don't see that working out.

I'm getting flashbacks to 2004 New Japan, I don't think Kazuyuki Fujita is what All Japan needs. I mean sure he'd be a good defense but I don't think putting the belt on him would be a good idea, no guarantee he'd even drop it.

It would be interesting to see what the NFL would do if no one volunteered and no one was interested in being volunteered. What would the NFL do if no team allowed the cameras in the practices? Disband teams?

No, I mean they aren't comedy wrestlers per se and they are three time tag champions/one time tournament winners, they aren't flash-in-the-pan acts. The titles themselves just don't have a lot of prestige, it doesn't matter what team has them.

In New Japan the Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Championships are the 6th most important titles in the promotion. I think they are considered entertaining mid-card type acts but they aren't really draws.

No one has said a word about the main event, was it that bad or just nothing special? Wasn't sure if i needed to track it down.

Not sure if "sad" is the word I would personally use. Men that rape women on multiple occasions don't get a lot of sadness from me when they die. Still notable though.

Just a freak thing that can happen in any match, looked like Kamen just landed on the wrist funny on the spot. Definitely unfortunate.

That is a weird judging panel. We have Hogan, who hasn't broken kayfabe in 41 years, judging people on how good they are at taking bumps and ring psychology, etc. Then there is Paige, who is 22 and whom undoubtedly has seen less wrestling then 95% of the people on this board and really isn't qualified to judge anything. And finally Bryan who I guess is going to do 90% of the talking. I'll watch but I dunno how that is all going to work.

I am hoping they announce 6+ games so then when he appeals it then gets knocked down to 2 or 3 games. I am afraid if they start with 2 or 3 he will appeal it down to a big fine or something.
