I need to write for Bungie. How can a trailer with such great visuals have such canned dialogue?

Chris Pine was one of the Tremor Brothers. He gets a pass from me. I have no idea how Smoking Aces had some of the most original character concepts ever and yet it gelled into a complete shitburger of a movie.

It is a vast improvement from Dark Below to be sure but it would be nice if every story mod did not come with a complete overhaul of the game mechanics. As I said before, it feels like I've been playing a beta for the past year. This game was in development for about five or six years before launch and it still feels like they're working the bugs out. Most of that shit should've been done before launch. The whole "we're trying out new things!" deal makes it seem that they have no idea what they are doing or what direction they want the game to go in. I've been through more MMO expansions, title add-ons, and franchise sequels than I care to remember and none of them radically changed the base game like Destiny expansions do. Evem Mass Effect still felt familiar and good when it migrated from Action RPG to TPS RPG.

Yeah I have a bad feeling that Act One will end on a cliffhanger and it will cost to push forward in the story and that will be the proverbial straw.

Mis got me hemmed up with a few of his buddies and then had to bounce. What started off as a hard VoG raid turned into my first hard Crota raid. We won and I got enough Radiant Energy to level up my new Word of Crota and Abyss Defiant to 331.. *sigh* One more node remains to fill in my Triumph matrix. I guess I have to get serious about beating Skolas. I am a little bummed. I saw the Grimoire thingie but the cards for Crota and the Sword are still locked.

Keanu was king sized as shit kicking redneck Donnie Barksdale in The Gift. I think we are forgetting how bad Sly Stallone can be and how awesome he was in both First Blood and Cop Land. Christian Slater is usually a deal breaker for me but he redeems himself in both Heathers and the new TV show, Mr, Robot. He also chews on scenery with glee in the mummy short from Tales from the Darkside: The Movie.

If I continue to play it won't be on 360 and if I get this for XBone, I will probably start from scratch. I don't see me playing this past September since I am not terribly inclined to get TTK for 360 unless members of the Coalition pile on and say that they are going to continue to play on 360.

Summerslam is the anti WM and is where faces go to die so of course Cena will drop his belt to Rollins so he can either J-Crown it or the bookers can retire the belt. Taker will get his win back because Taker is Taker.

Lots of player are considering starting from scratch once TTK drops. The idea is appealing but if I go this route I will most likely stop playing altogether on 360 and pick it up again when I get a XBone. All of the proposed changes really make me feel that I've been playing a beta for the past year.

Yeah, as want on the Bungie boards, shit is being taken out of context and mass hysteria is setting in. Someone needs to head the community off at the pass before they all jump into a fjord like lemmings. Deej is probably prepping the Weekly Update to answer this as we speak.

I'm not a regular raider so whether or not the raids go by the way really doesn't bug me, but I'd like the chance to do them just to check the box and it will be hard to find groups doing that when the new stuff drops especially since Year One Legendaries won't transfer. I think it is a better thing to keep old raids relevant rather than to let them just fall off the wagon. As long as I don't have to create a new character to grind to 30, I will be okay.

I am almost thankful that new players won't have to deal with Wolves or Blades. It wasn't a really well thought out thing to put Level 28 mobs in lowbie zones like Dock 13. I am actually happy for the way things are going because it kinda cushions the blow the PS Exclusivity deal. No Xbox player I know really cares about the PS strikes although we'd love to have all of the PS exotic weapons except for the 4 barrel shotgun monstrosity. If we're never going to see the exclusive content, I would at least like for Bungie to flip those damned Grimoire cards over.

From what I have gathered: 1) Wolves are here to stay. TTK will mostly be story based with a couple of extra zones to explore where we can complete wandering patrol bounties. 2) Raids will be bumped up in difficulty and will have new gear fitting TTK armor and weapon system. 3) No word on DB content. You will still have to play through the Fist of Crota mission three times to kill the 3 Blades for bounties.

Raids won't be obsolete. I was under the impression that they were getting a level bump and that there would be respective Raid gear associated with the encounters. The Exotic weapons and cosmetic items should be the only things that will either get a damage upgrade or remain the same.

Yeah. a third complete and total loot system overhaul is more than an "upgrade."

The guilty favorite returns. It is the game that everyone plays but no one will admit to it.

The mechanics of this game still do nothing for me but Holy Crap that cast!

We also won't have Dinkebot to kick around anymore. Bungie is going to re-cast the voice of Ghost. As of TTK, Ghost will be voice acted by Nolan North (Nathan Drake from Uncharted.) The TTK patch / game file will retcon all story cutscenes and replace Pete's dialogue with Nolan's.

Deej and Cosmo hate the collection of old shit in your vault. The incentive to buy new purple guns and armor is more stick than carrot.
