    I just finished reading Volumes 1 & 2 of Umbrella Academy, really enjoyed it, more so than True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys which was also by Gerard Way. I felt that the ending of Killjoys fell flat whereas UA was great start to finish. I hope Way has more work in the pipeline. I also really enjoyed Joe Hill's latest output, Wraith, which while not as amazing as Locke & Key, was still solid. Looking forward to continuing to consume everything Hill puts out from short stories to comics to novels. Excited for the filmed version of Horns.

    That Family Ties episode after Alex's friend dies, that was all Michael J. Fox, that one still messes me up. 80s & 90s sitcoms knew how to bring the very special episodes all right.

    Diff'rent Strokes had a bunch of very special episodes as well. Dudley gets diddled, Sam gets kidnapped, I'm pretty sure Kimberly had one too.

    The Hub network is showing reruns of Blossom every night,my wife and I don't miss an episode. This has led us to realize the following occurs in every episode: 1. Someone mentions Tony's past drug/alcohol addiction 2. Someone mentions how dumb Joey is 3. VESTS Anyone else watching this 90s treasure trove?

    The only Marvel books I currently read are Cap, Amazing Spider-Man, Deadpool, & Iron Man Seriously thinking of dropping Cap & Iron Man. The whole Tony Stark isn't really a Stark thing is convoluted and dumb and I have always really enjoyed Steve Rogers as Captain America. Why couldn't they just give Falcon his own book and really push him as a top tier hero? I loved Superior Spider-Man and I am really enjoying Amazing again. I also really dig Deadpool right now despit not picking up the Deadpool vs Dracula crap.

    So Jeff Lemire is leaving Green Arrow come October and they are starting a new Deathstroke book written by Tony Daniel in the same month. I'm really disappointed that Lemire is leaving GA, but I'm stoked at the prospect of Daniel writing a Deathstroke book.

    I've been really enjoy Earth 2 as well, I think the art work is gorgeous and that it has been well plotted as well. I agree that the reintroduction of Batman & Superman have been at the detriment of the other characters, however I find the Superman angle extremely intriguing.

    I finished Gotham Central yesterday, what a gut punch of a final story. Fantastic writing, great compelling characters, anyone who hasn't read it, should. I really hope this is what the Gotham TV show is like.

    Anyone reading Coffin Hill, thoughts? I see that they are collecting it in $9 trades and the description peaked my interest.

    Locke & Key is one of my favorite things I have ever read in comics. I have all the trades in hard cover & I think they're absolutely beautiful I even went out and got the one shots because I needed to have everything. If you like Joe Hill's writing you should check out Wraith, I think you would enjoy it more if you had read NOS4A2, but it's not a requirement.

    I'm with Eivion & twiztor on Forever Evil. Here I bought all the crossovers in books I didn't normally read as well as Blight, Arkham War, and Rogues, and then I felt that the ending fell flat. Also, in regards to what Eivion spoilered, HATED that and do not see how it can be sustained in any way. I'm interested in the Grayson book, however I do wish they had just done that with a different character and kept him as Nightwing.

    I've been making my way through Gotham Central, I'm up to Book Three now, what a fucking outstanding series. I am going to be really, really sad once I'm finished with Book Four.

    So sick of seeing spoilers or even covers for Future's End. I have absolutely ZERO interest in this "possible future." All I keep seeing from the spoilers or solicits is that, apparently, EVERYBODY DIES. I have no fucks to give.

    I happen to really like Arrow a lot, it's a fun show and I think Ammel brings it every week. Plenty of cool Easter Eggs as well for longtime DC fans.
