That finish was shit. First off, they should be better at hiding crash pads after the first Blood and Guts debacle, and you don't need to protect Wardlow at the cost of making Hobbs look weak. I don't want to say Wardlow's a lost cause, but TK's really dropped the ball. His TNT title run was completely lackluster because he just kept squashing dudes and beating up security guards and would disappear for weeks at a time. Outside of the Brian Cage match and Orange Cassidy match he didn't have any memorable title defenses. I don't think it's an issue of not trusting him to have longer matches because he usually delivers when given the opportunity, but TK being lazy and sticking with what's worked before. I was at the Cleveland show in August, hoping we'd get some big Wardlow match for his hometown crowd, or at least a big moment (seemed for a minute that he was gonna powerbomb Satnam Singh) but instead he squashed Dolph Ziggler's brother. I hope they're still able to right the ship, but I don't know, would anyone buy Wardlow vs. MJF right now? The All-Atlantic title should've been called the International Title from the beginning, the fuck it has to do with Shazaam 2 I have no idea?

I remember Alvarez saying Luchasaurus's shoulder was legit fucked up, so I assumed he was taking some time off after the cage match. It has been a few months though. AEW has a problem where there's three months between PPVs but they don't get around to building any matches until two weeks out. The AEW originals vs former WWE gals feud is pretty pointless without Sasha Banks. At least it led to Paige being a heel, Britt being a face, and Ruby winning some matches.

Did they fuck up and air two Rampages instead of one Dynamite?

If they want to break the BCC up, do it, but Mox and Bryan had a tag match on Rampage like three weeks ago. They seemed to have dropped all the Regal stuff too, despite it being the impetus of the Bryan/MJF feud. You had Bryan finishing people off with the Regal stretch a few weeks in a row without the announcers even selling it, then he stopped. I think they realized they botched the Regal send-off and are just moving on.

Hindsight's 20/20, but Hangman should've beat Punk.

I would guess that most of the guys who Triple H pushed in NXT, got released, and got signed by AEW are looking to go back and if you let one go, they'll all want to bounce.

Jungle Boy should beat Wardlow. LA show in January at the earliest. Christian screws him out of the belt when he's healthy again. Though I wouldn't mind Wardlow -> Hobbs -> Starks Best case scenario for ending Jade's streak is an open challenge answered by the surprise return of Kris Statlander, who just steamrolls her like Warrior did the Honky Tonk Man. But Stat's out 'til what... May? I don't know if I can take Jade treading water 'til then. The only option is the meantime is Hayter.

The time to put the belts on FTR was May. It's too late now. It's Acclaimed's moment and they need to ride the momentum.
