  1. Aaaahahahahahahaha, he was trying to figure out a way to offload Colin Powell. That's awesome. I packed away all of my DVDs, but this is going to make me bust them out again, if just to rip them to my server.
  2. Something else that occurred to me was that I think it's impossible for Apollo Crews to not smile. Dude has the smiliest face ever.
  3. Not tiramisu...tiaramisu. That had me cracking up. Same with Corey Graves' Nickelback line.
  4. Wait wait wait...What's the story behind this? I tried googling it and couldn't find much.
  5. Yeah, they've been pretty good without the garlic. I've experimented with adding celery and other stuff and I'm liking it. There is a certain, legit energy I get from them. Not coffee, caffeine energy, but like if I got a B vitamin shot type of energy. And they're filling.
  6. I think it's the exact opposite. I'm almost positive he knows about it because Xavier has mentioned trying to get him to come on. Well, you said watches, so maybe Vince doesn't, but I bet one of his underlings does.
  7. I always thought the risk from the diving headbutt was more to your neck and for Daniel Bryan, it was the sheer volume of times he was taking bumps on his noggin. Remember the Austin podcast where Austin cautioned him on all the crazy shit he was doing, like the dives, corner attacks, etc.?
  8. You said it. I just watched that video and my first thought was "I'm so happy he's done."
  9. Who was it? I swear the signature was a big giant mess like his was, maybe it's what got me confused. Now I feel bad. Kind of. Just a little bit. I told you this before. His name was sklba.
  10. For Xbox One? Shit, I don't even have one, but I'm most looking forward to Paragon (I blame Dota 2 for this, but Paragon looks really fucking good), Overwatch (COME ON! Just make this an open beta already!), the Division, and Gang Beasts. Of those, I guess only the Division would qualify, but if Overwatch or Paragon aren't free to play, I'm pre-ordering those with the quickness.
  11. I think that's a fairly accurate assessment. Jesus, I still can't believe they went through with some of the stuff for Bray, like the hologram. Then again, I look at all of the Undertaker shooting lightning shit, thinking of how recently they tried that, and think that looks as bad.
  12. To what Eivion said, Singer mentioned that there are Phoenix elements in X-Men: Apocalypse, so we'll see what happens. For me, fewer movie events got me more excited with Jean's Phoenix powers coming to life throughout X2, ending with the shadow of the Phoenix in the lake. My friends and I left that movie with our minds blown, flipping the hell out thinking, "HOLY SHIT! PHOENIX SAGA FOR X3!!!" Singer could give another go at doing Phoenix/Dark Phoenix, but I don't see how he re-captures the excitement he created at the end of X2. Maybe Apocalypse will answer that.
  13. I wondered that too since he's said for awhile that he wants to fight at 200. Hopefully there's no complications from the surgery. I just want to see the guy fight and see what he has to offer.
  14. Hologram Bray was way, way, way, way, way, way worse than the children singing. The children singing was initially creepy, until they did the demon sounding voice for one of those kids.
  15. CM Punk's debut faced another setback because he's having back surgery to repair a herniated disk. If he were a video game, he'd be vaporware at this point.
  16. Who could possibly replace him in the André the Giant Battle Royal? They might have to bring in David Otunga again just for this. Complete with thermos flask! A Thermos? More like a Zojirushi!
  17. Wrestlemania is already crippled so this is fairly moot. Really? Seems ok to me. HHH vs Roman, Brock vs Ambrose, Charlotte vs Becky vs Sasha, whatever happens with the New Day, etc. seems like a pretty good card to me. Wrestlemania is so far from crippled.
  18. For the people saying the punishment is harsh, this is the same Vince that yelled at Batista, Jericho, Malenko and the ref in the Jericho/Batista match about Batista blading and proceeded to levy a gigantic fine against Batista and, for how much they're paid, hefty fines for everyone else involved. Clearly Titus isn't making Batista money, so a suspension is what he gets.
  19. Twitter, apparently. I will say that after Daniel Bryan announced his retirement on Twitter, I saw some OLD as hell DVDVR names that I haven't seen in forever. I'm talking about the board that came about after the green board that was ruined by the Dutch kind of old. It was nice to know those people were still alive. I'd rather see more from them than djdobbo and sodutw.
  20. Patrick keeps hammering this home and I think it deserves attention: AJ's first lost should have been a bigger deal instead of this 50/50 booking bullshit happening on a SD. I mean, consider this, in the week or so leading up to this match, Jericho has repeated the, "you beat me once, you're good, beat me twice, and you're great" stuff, which, to us, means little since Jericho's time has come and gone, but for others, it does mean something. So AJ falls victim to 50/50 booking and isn't great because Jericho said so. How weak is that? And clean too. Trading wins and 50/50 booking makes everyone look average as hell and it helps no one. It's especially damaging in this case because AJ can't even get a word in edgewise. So now we likely head into Fastlane with these two squaring off again with AJ winning. It's the same tired pattern of booking that WWE has exercised for 16 or 17 years now. Plant your fucking flag and just say, "no, AJ is winning because we're going to push him and make him look strong" and then fucking do it. No trading wins to look competitive, just winning to make him look like something special.
  21. God dammit, just do Dark Phoenix and do it right this time. I'm still pining for that after X2 and X3 sure as shit didn't come close to fulfilling the promise of the ending of X2.
  22. Even if Vince was goofing too, from an administrative standpoint, you have to still punish Titus to let the roster know that you can't do this. If he goes without being suspended, then what's to stop someone else from doing something similar? "If Titus did it, so can I!" Vince just isn't going to let that happen, even if he wasn't heated about it at the time. He may not even be heated about it now, but it's just a business move.
