  1. First half, no problems. I thought, hey GLF is coming through here. Then the second half started. Let the records show, many tears flowed on this night. Manly tears, but still, tears.
  2. Someone needs to be his co-worker who JUST may be a former CIA agent. I nominate Bromance.
  3. Sabin could be mildly entertaining if they had him get all egotistical and Al Bundy-esque. He has to take up a job as a shoe salesman to make ends meet and Velvet Sky ends up really Peggy Bundyish. "Yup, I was world champion once, they all chanted Hail Sabin back then."
  4. I for one am just hoping we get a heel Dixie action figure.
  5. Really good show, I don't read spoilers and I hope they stick to this next week but AJ and Dixie makes me very scared. On the plus side, Perkins/Hardy could be good.
  6. After the stuff he pulled with JC Bailey... yeah, I don't have much compassion for Ian Rotten as a person.
  7. I noticed at the same time Impact was on so was 2000's oscar sweeping film Ready to Rumble. So, at least TNA has yet to make their own original movie. They have that going for them. Best moment of the night was as they are showing Hogan walking in, if you look Mr. Anderson is just casually walking in the background and quickly tries to dodge out of sight as soon as he sees the cameras. Is anyone else besides me concerned for Taz? He sounds so confused out there, he is verbally wandering around trying to figure out the world around him while falling flat on his face at every opportunity. "I'm gonna knock you flatter than Miley Cyrus's ass." Daniels/Aries was entertaining. I do also like how Magnus, the leader in the BFG series, can just knock off for two weeks and still expect to be in the final four. Why didn't the other leaders just come up with a scheduling excuse?
  8. Everyone is also forgetting Albright's NWA title matches with Pearce in ROH. Both were really good.
  9. Well, I watched this show. I know I did. I really only remember the main event, which was fine for what it was. Oh yeah, now I remember. Was Storm & Gunner vs. EGO supposed to be a street fight or just a tag match? No one really explained, it just sort of happened.
  10. Sin Cara was digging through the trash when Sandow was trying to find his MITB briefcase...
  11. I still find it funny ROH was selling and is still selling SCUM shirts on their site. "They're trying to kill us! Also buy their shirt available in M, L, and XL at our shop!" At least nWo guys were under contract and just trying to take all the spots in the company, hey maybe you really believe in Kevin Nash so you buy a shirt. Who goes and buy a SCUM shirt?
  12. If there is an army of Sin Cara's do we get the Real Americans turning face to fight the evil illegal invaders? Because no way all those Sin Cara's came through the same way Antonio Cesaro did, paying his taxes and filing his paperwork.
  13. The thing that kills me about this angle though is, its just two guys. Why book them if they plan to ruin your company? Why does the entire locker room not just rush out and beat the snot out of two guys trying to kill a paycheck for all of them? Why did Homicide and Kingston have to be invaders and not just guys who believe they deserve the top spots in the company? I really wish Evolve and ROH would just merge already. They both lack what the other has, for the most part.
  14. I hope Del Rio retains over RVD, he is too good in his role right now. I just wish they wouldn't overexpose him by having him on both Raw and Smackdown in matches. Keep things fresh, stick him on commentary or something. He is a way better heel than Orton at the moment.
  15. Guys, Super Domino was a major threat. We all know what he did to the Great Power Uti in their fight. Why are people always trying to invade ROH and TNA? It doesn't seem worth the effort. I still really want a swerve and Ciampa ends up as champ. The old ROH would try something different. I feel it ends up as Cole though. I thought they were building him up to be the one to beat Steen when Cole was a face earlier in the year.
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nf-kiUcAdVI Who would of thought we'd get this ten years later? Crazy. I really hope they do not blow it with this one.
  17. I find the dolphinsfan stuff on reddit as intriguing as the actual show he is attempting to spoil.
  18. I figured Nana would be bringing Homicide and Kingston. Both claim they are "retiring" at the end of the year, why not have them return for one last run? Instead we got them as "outlaws invading ROH". OOOOO, scary. I feel secure enough right now with the sample size we have to say Delirious is crummy at booking. Between putting their title on an injured Jay Briscoe, SCUM, and this, it is just disappointing this year for ROH. Now their in a situation with their title where they'll just be copying PWG BOLA 2012 if Cole/Elgin win it. Ciampa would be different. Steen just had the title for almost a year. It is just uninspiring lately.
  19. What point is there for Hogan and Sting to stay in TNA? Lighter schedule is the only thing I can really think of. Its not like they'd go to WWE without some creative control. Of course WWE has to want them... Hopefully this has spared us Bully Ray/Hogan down the line. Because Hogan might of crippled himself if that happened.
  20. I don't know really where else to post this but I am really glad Brooke Hogan is gone. Now if only the other Hogan would/could officially disappear from TNA.
  21. I really miss the Reverend Devon. Styles flipping so soon is good, it makes up for Kurt's absence and I really hated emo Styles. It wasn't working as their crow Sting.
  22. I like how Sting reformed the MEM because no one had his back versus Bully Ray. So right before Bully's big rematch he leaves. "Don't know if we can trust Tito, see you next week!" Isn't leaving before the main event a no-no? Why Sting?! When is his current contract up? WM30 in New Orleans versus Taker, come on Sting. We will love you for that 'til the end of time. Although I did like after meeting with Aries "Yeah, I hate him too now."
  23. I cannot remember who it was but last week someone was ripping Kurt for his 7-11 sunglasses and then Taz goes and does it. Thank goodness someone in TNA realized how awful those are. I was sorta disappointed that Sabin was going to lose the title next week but after the last few weeks, his promos and such, just not working as the champion. I assume this means BFG is going to be Bully Ray/Magnus then.
  24. I wish there was some more official releases from Japan. A lot of it is online but having it neatly put together on dvd would be nice. I really want a Best of Velocity. That show got me into wrestling more than Raw or Smackdown ever did.
  25. I like how he nearly breaks through the ropes at :38 on the irish whip.
