Today is finally the day for me to do this

The opener from the 1/6 CMLL show was awesome. It was nice to see the opening guys get to go all out, though I'm guessing that had to do with Fiero becoming Audaz after the match. I don't think Cubs has posted the individual match yet, but this whole show is really solid so go watch it all!

I find it a little odd that the NWA has a protected Twitter account I also find it odd that they don't have a website I never noticed these things until just now when I was looking for content to put in this post

Let's see if this works (it probably won't) One more month to go...

Same...

Let's be honest - it is just easier if we all keep calling it TNA The next TV tapings will occur from 1/10 - 1/15 in Orlando They appear to be the final tapings for EC3, Bobby Lashley, Eddie Edwards and Laurel Van Ness (and possibly more folks I am forgetting)

Word is Wrestlemania Takeover is moving back to Friday, so there won't be any conflict between them and the ROH/NJPW MSG show. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of indie shows booked on Friday that won't be happy with that news.

I think the one new year's resolution I will definitely hold onto this year is not recording this show anymore. It is probably 1/2 Bullet Club shit and 1/2 the fact that my recording always starts at least 20 minutes late because the Castle rerun started late

In theory - stuff could air out of order but they haven't done that in awhile. Tapings go through the end of the year. Per PWI Per WON
-
Putting aside issues with Halls of Fame in general and the way the WON one works - for those who are curious, here is this year's ballot (as it appears folks have started to receive them) And in text form (taking form mookie's tweets)

So apparently I closed the 2017 thread and never started the 2018 one. I shouldn't be allowed to draw breath

In theory - stuff could air out of order but they haven't done that in awhile. Tapings go through the end of the year. From PWI From WONSurvivor Series 2014. Survivor Series 2016.Let’s be having a November 2 Remember as we’re Striving to Survive! As it's Survivor Series month: Survivor Series 1990-1991. Survivor Series 1997.Bohemian Rhapsody. Not easy to stuff this up, but they did. Telemovie standard script, portrayal of Queen as Spinal Tap is as exaggerated as Freddie Mercury's teeth. Rami Malek is good as Freddie but if they're just dubbing old Freddie Mercury vocal tracks over it, it's just karaoke at best, at worst a Disneyworld Jack Sparrow. Oh and Littlefinger from GoT basically playing Littlefinger is super distracting also. Script glosses over his sexuality in a big way to try and get a lower rating to a point where you think he tripped over a pile of AIDS, and a constant reminder of "Yeahnah but he used to be straight". 4/10 for the soundtrack.
