Fun Zero Hour. Popped for the Rico involvement/interaction with Billy and would love to see him stick around with MxM. Anna Jay looked good against Harley. nice surprise ROH TV title win for Brian Cage. was kinda shocked to see Jay White go over Hangman straight up like that, wasn't expecting that at all. Mariah vs Willow ruled, the pop for Willow pulling Mariah up for the super bomb was epic only to get countered leading to the finish. Enjoyed the MJF/Cole returns and back to the original settings after Cole turned heel, MJF took him out as a face then turned heel, and now Cole seemingly turns back face to take out MJF once again. The way it began was always the best way. Better Than You Bay Bay Full Circle. Highly disappointed by Kyle Fletcher turning. Thought they had something with him breaking out as a babyface the past few months, so this felt like a step back to me. After this happened, I was feeling like surely now they won't turn Yuta so was sad to see that also take place later, felt kind of unnecessary to me taking place after the match was already over. thought Bucks/Private Party was fantastic. Really good job heating up Private Party to quite suddenly feel like a legit threat to the titles and at times feel like they might really pull it off. Briscoe/Jericho was pretty fun, good solid win for Mark. Main event was great overall. Loved the opening brawl to the Final Countdown. Didn't think Bryan's reign would end so quickly and sad to see the full time career come to an end but a solid different overall closing angle with the somber tone sadness. Excalibur sounding on the verge of tears, Tony Khan not showing up for the media scrum for the first time to go to the hospital with Bryan, etc. Looking forward to where things go next.

Pretty fun show setting up BFG quick. Good mix of matches and segments. Didn't expect this run of Jordynne's open challenges to end up coming back around to Jordynne vs Masha but I'm down with that. Can only assume Masha finally overcomes Jordynne this time for the first time. Their last feud was definitely epic. Fun main event, looking forward to how Nemeth/Hendry turns out. Gabe Kidd vs Anthony Henry was super solid opener. This is where Henry tore his bicep, sad that he'll be out again for some time. Shibata kills Brandon Cutler, a billie Starkz squash, & an Archer squash were all fun. STP vs The Infantry was a solid quick match with an interesting post-match seg. Red Velvet vs Diamante for the women's TV title ruled. Very good, hard hitting match, though an odd finish with Diamante in control but deciding to get DQed. Like last week airing Joe/Kobashi, this week we get KENTA vs Danielson from 2006 but no new commentary this time. Incredible match, love it. Another solid TV main event as Mark Briscoe defeats Josh Woods in proving grounds.

https://twitter.com/nwa/status/1843774622874959958 NWA on X week 2 Blunt Force Trauma vs Odinson & Kratos in the Liberty Bell Brawl was fun with an awkward finish. Mims is the new national champ in a 4 way that was solid though another odd finish. Kenzie Paige is always a highlight, pretty good main event vs. Max the Impaler. -

Good solid trios opener, I dig the Top Tier tag finisher. Glad to see Gambino again too, can dig the formation of The Alliance. they mention Pep Riley has the last remaining member of Team Spirit so I guess the others are just gone. Chainsaw seeming to take an interest in Pep afterwards was intriguing. Liked Fury/Island Girl while it lasted, finish came out of nowhere. Awesome tag title main event. Miami Sweet Heat are always my favs and always impress. Crowd was hot for the finishing stretch. -

I liked a lot of the more promo heavy opening portion. Sad to see the official ending of the Jake/Archer pairing but I want to love the potential Jake with Rush/Dralistico/Beast Mortos pairing, even though they never did anything with Jake pairing Archer with the Righteous previously. Can only hope Archer in the Callis Family can finally lead to something more for him. Good to see Garcia is officially sticking around. Enjoyed the Ospreay/Callis promo leading to Takeshita brawl, Fletcher involvement, and ultimately Ricochet's save. Nice build for the three way. Komander/Hologram had a couple great spots. Women's 4 way was fun and good to see Penelope back in the mix. Mercedes/Emi was solid. Great tag main event and the more frequent Final Countdown is the best. -

Britt Baker has been ruled out due to illness, match changed to Willow vs. Hayter vs. Saraya vs. Nyla - anything goes 4 way -

Thought that too at first, but the Blue Meanie recently pointed out that this was actually from the Brood's "bloodbath" earlier that night on the Sunday Night Heat before the PPV following the Hardyz vs. Meanie & Goldust match

Little quick catching up on all things last week. I enjoyed Ospreay/Ricochet, actually dug the initial finish reminding me of the classic HHH/HBK finish from Dec 03 RAW. Bryan/Okada ruled of course. Hoping Yuta doesn't turn. as Peck mentioned, I also love seeing Zoey (Skye) Lynn for the mere seconds both matches lasted, one of my indy favs. Agreed with others on the awful abruptness of turning Born Again Kristen so soon after the Willow feud for little reason. Digging the Johnny/Darby praise and we could always use more Trish Adora, she's great.

Sad to see Carla lose her last fight when seemed everyone thought she won, a good one though and Tecia's always been a tough fight. Loved the video tribute. Even more disappointed though to see Raquel lose as I thought she had it, really wanted to see her go on a run as underdog champ and keep her win streak going instead of going back to Pena wanting to go back to Nunes. Raquel's killer shot in the 4th had me ready to jump out of my seat. Another epic performance from Pereira, absolute mauling in the 4th just kept getting more and more brutal. -

TNA, in 2024?!
DreamBroken replied to Dolfan in NYC's topic in TNA WRESTLING (Though it forever be Impact)
With the hurricane canceling the original tapings, tonight's Impact is a Best of Bound for Glory with all recent years stuff. Matches aired: Speedball vs Kazarian (BFG 2022) Call Your Shot Gauntlet (BFG 2021) Jordynne Grace vs. Masha Slamovich (BFG 2022) PCO vs. Moose vs. Rhino vs. Steve Maclin - Monster's Ball (BFG 2023) Josh Alexander vs Eddie Edwards (BFG 2022) Still love that Jordynne/Masha match -
Short Honor this week with just 4 quick matches coming in at under 40 minutes. Outrunners over Infantry was a fun main event. Enjoyed the Athena/Lexy/Billie backstage seg. Brian Cage vs Atlantis Jr for the TV title is added to the WrestleDream Zero Hour. Afterwards they aired Joe/Kobashi with new commentary from Ian & Caprice. Thought that was the end of the show, but the main event was actually Mark Briscoe defending against Matt Taven, solid little title defense.

https://twitter.com/nwa/status/1841237908034109629 NWA Powerrr now on Twitter. First episode of NWA 76 gets right to it with the tag titles and world title matches. Pretty quick watch with only those 2 matches and an opening Billy Corgan promo, extending an open invite to Shane Douglas and getting a Blue Meanie appearance. -
He's been there for a few months strangely, but his only TV match since has been the 16 man tag on the All In zero hour, though he is still AAA tag champ with Jinder Mahal. He spent the past month squashing Colt Cabana in dark matches every week.

NWA have announced today that they are moving to twitter/X to air the next 5 weeks of NWA Powerrr which will cover NWA 76. Their taping schedule is always so odd. After finishing the Crockett Cup tapings right before 76, it then went to these Back to the Territories tapings from back in June. Currently working my way through those episodes which included Knox & Murdoch winning the tag titles, ending the long Blunt Force Trauma reign. week 2 featuring a fun Pretty Empowered street fight, and a couple more episodes to go. -

Commentary covering for Riccaboni not being at the desk by saying he was hiding under the table from Suzuki was hilarious. Jarrett/Hangman was fun. Like others, thought this was the main event, so Sammy/Okada headlining made me think for a sec that Sammy had a chance or something. Agreed as a huge fan of Robyn, and I love that Anna Jay got to have that Stardom tour. I've gotten used to Taya's theme now, but her classic Impact 2019-20 theme will always be best! -

Last week's episode decided not to record for some reason, so I had to wait for the youtube upload. Another solid Dojo Defenders/Brat Pack tag opens. Classmaster vs. Roxy Fierce was good stuff with both getting to shine. Tormenta looked pretty awesome in her quick victory over Sylvia Sanchez, missile dropkick finish looked killer. Loved the entrances of All American Girls and Miami Sweet Heat, both have epic theme songs. Santana & Americana just giving up their shot was kinda weak though, was looking forward to the match. the Miami Sweet Heat vs Mother Truckers rematch we get instead is entertaining as usual anyways. Onto this week now, poor Americana & Santana went from potential title shot to losing the opener to Chainsaw & Siren. Good exciting match though. Genesis looked excellent in a good short match with Foxxy Fierce, nice victory & post-match promo. Heavier angle based show with the who attacked Beast focus which led to a really fun heel vs heel main event in Jessie Jones vs Penelope Pink with both trying to out cheat the other. I guess Jessie never getting a title shot saga continues even further. the knockout crutch shot looked perfect. -

Overall this felt like some of those A&E biographies at times focusing on the history of WWE with all that's been gone over already. Enjoyed some of the Shane O parts the most and felt worth the watch. I think my favorite part overall was Vince saying he didn't remember a 99 lawsuit with Sable at all, then they show a clip of it coming up in storyline in 2003, and Vince just says "All I remember is.... she came back to work". Hysterical. Also episode 2 opening up with Stand BACK!
