  1. it's time for War~! (Dynamite is on Tuesday next week on Coach Tony's birthday!)
  2. 49 year old But as mentioned in the scrum, there was emphasis that Adam Copeland will be with AEW "every week" and Tony said we will see him wrestle a lot more than we have in a long time. They announced he'll be on Dynamite and Collision this week, then making his in-ring debut on the following Dynamite. An old trick from Daddy Ass! the New Age Outlaws pulled it off in a triple threat tag back in 98.
  3. Great show, the streak of PPVs on fire continues. Preshow was fun, loved The Warmaster getting that match and mic time after. MJF with the high spot Body Slam! and the Kangaroo Kick is always fun. Kingston/Shibata was pretty awesome. I wish Julia won, statlander's done nothing for me since returning. Swerve/Hangman was awesome and maybe fav of the night. Crowd added a lot to it and almost caused a role reversal for awhile there. Great work from both. Danielson/Sabre ruled and lived up to the hype. Moxley was a blast on commentary for each of his stablemates' matches. Thought the trios match was a lot of fun, loved Jericho's hulking up and then the heels slow turn around to come face to face with Kota going in to kill mode. Another great FTR defense, dug the Super Shatter finish. Great main event and chaotic closing surprise. Surreal to see Adam Copeland arrive with his theme music, doing the whole entrance and all then facing off with Christian. I dig it and look forward to Adam Copeland being All Elite!
  4. I think it's just Athena's been kind of a tweener because of her association with face Billie, but yeah last PPV she was heel teaming with Mercedes & Diamante.
  5. The WARMASTER Josh Barnett vs Claudio added to the Zero Hour along with Nick Wayne vs. Luchasaurus plus an interesting 8 person tag of Shane Taylor/Lee Moriarty/Mercedes Martinez/Diamante vs. Keith Lee/Satoshi Kojima/Athena/Billie Starkz

  7. Kamille/Madi was fun. Felt like Madi was babyface in m95 feuding with Pretty Empowered but then just reverted back to heel since losing the titles. Really like the potential teamup of Natalia Markova & Taylor Rising. Rising impressed in her recent appearances so I was glad to see her get a bigger role. Enjoyed the post-match tag brawl with Violent J & Vampiro getting involved.
  8. Lots of wrestling this week, a mixture of squashes and mostly short competitive matches. Scorpio Sky vs Tony Nese and Gravity vs Lee Johnson were both solid. Great to see Billie Starkz back in the ring. As usual, her and Athena's antics here and later on were the highlight of the show. Would've liked more than a minute of Leyla Hirsch vs Laynie Luck, but I dig the set up for Leyla vs Athena for the title next week, that has awesome potential for sure. Love the return of Jimmy Jacobs, nice hometown addition and a pretty fun 5 minute match with Shane Taylor. I hope Jacobs sticks around as a semi-regular at least in ring. Liking the Cole Karter & Griff Garrison pairing with Maria where Griff is all about the Code of Honor and doesn't want to cheat. Mercedes vs Allysin Kay was pretty good. Thought Rohit Raju looked good for just being there to get squashed in 2 mins. Strong short main event from Brian Cage vs. Metalik
  9. Good show with a lot of action packed in. Nice finishing stretch to Sabin/Angels. Sabin vs KENTA at BFG sounds great. I love to see Deonna and Tasha teaming up, my two absolute favorites coming together. Glad to get one last JoYa tag against the Rascalz, some really good near falls throughout. Memphis Street Fight was pretty fun. Gresham/Speedball is always good. Surprised to have Speedball lose on the road to facing Ospreay at BFG, but a unique finish to see the multiple consecutive pin attempts actually end up getting the win. Dug the main event as well. Trinity/Mickie is a nice big time match for BFG.
  10. I loved the MJF/Jay promo, thought both guys killed it and came off like a massive big time main event in the making between 2 top guys. It was certainly long but I was hooked for it. Laughed at Cole randomly guessing if MJF was gonna throw him overboard and the Paul Wight appearance. Hate for Cole to be out for long in the middle of all this but dug how the segment transitioned from one part to the next and the crowd was great all throughout. Very interesting mysterious cliffhanger ending to the show that has a lot of possibilities. We never found out why Roderick needed Adam more than ever at that particular moment. Thought Jarrett/Fenix was a great opener, multi man matches were fun, and Julia Hart keeps on killing it so much that I need her to be TBS champ. Good stuff from Hangman and Swerve to close out. Definitely more talk heavy than usual but thought all the segments delivered pretty strong. WrestleDream is feeling epic.
  11. Apparently she ended up not going due to something coming up in her medical paperwork according to Fightful
  12. Jerry Lynn and Jake Roberts are 2 others that hit all 5. Sandman and Mike Awesome did the first 4 but not AEW.
  13. Catching up on things. Really awesome Collision. The triple threat was a great fun opener. Loved the little bits like Luchasaurus staring at the title and at first turning away when Christian reached for it. Hell of a way to get the title on Christian for real. RVD & Hook tag was a blast, I'm all for more RVD in AEW. Big fan of Kiera so it was cool to see her for a couple minutes at least, one of my favs. Julia is killing it and I'd like to see her as TBS Champ. Thought Jay/Andrade was excellent. Jay's selling throughout was on point, loved everything on the Andrade spinning back elbow spot, that ruled. Jay having to use the ropes to bring Andrade up for the finish and then still selling the legs after from the figure 4/8 was great. Both guys work very well together. Main event felt epic, thought the finish came off pretty much perfectly with the chain around the knee. Forgot to mention the FTR/WorkHorsemen tag, which I thought was really good for a short match. The reaction and pop for the Workhorsemen flurry with JD's moonsault and Aussie Open on commentary was great stuff.
  14. Liked the different kind of opening promo seg setting up the main event. Flowed nicely in to Holidead/Aussie as a very solid opener. Good debut from Katarina Jinx. The new character vignette intros are always cool and well done. Kandi Krush looked awesome, dug the new added finisher to her arsenal. Coach vs BK was fun. Just missing Robbie with the Brat Pack. Interesting twist seemed to be about to start with Ariel Sky in the post match. Good fast paced quick main event. Another great week of Miami Sweet Heat on commentary. Love the ending post-match chaos, The Mother Truckers are out of jail! We're outta time!

  16. Correct. Daivari has been more of an agent now (hasn't wrestled since Double or Nothing in May and just managed Tony Nese a few times), Sonny Kiss was let go, and Jeeves Kay has gone back to his original VSK name on this week's ROH. Slim J did still use the theme/tron in his last appearance a month ago but was by himself.
  17. Fun opener from Shibata vs Nick Wayne. Shibata killer as always. Enjoyed Mercedes vs Adora. The MINION TRAINING skit was absolutely hilarious. Billie has the greatest facial expressions. Nice little match from Athena vs Angelina Love. Angelina appearing on Honor Club and ImPACT in the same night. Loved the trios tags, with both sides having awesome units of babyface and heel. Kiera/Skye/Willow made for an amazing babyface trio while Leyla & The Renegades is an awesome heel unit. Love to see Skye get the winning fall. Nice amount of backstage bits, Lexy's become one of the absolute best interviewers. Some decent matches followed ending with a real solid trios titles main event with the Embassy over Willie Mack & The Infantry.
  18. Main event was epic as promised. Loved seeing Gail back in the ring, great little interactions between her and Deonna, plus finally seeing Tasha back. Her and Mickie one of my favorite opponent pairings. Some cool double teams throughout as well. Thinking they might do Trinity/Mickie for BFG. Kong was obviously limited but the pop for her tagging in 10 mins in was great and getting the eventual finish. Great tribute to the KO division. Also always love seeing AMW back together. Ultimate X was fun if a bit short. Speedball vs Ospreay should be awesome, also looking forward to another round of Speedball vs Gresham next week. Josh/Trey was good stuff, glad to see Trey in another showcase singles match again. Nice use of the FOX Box! Sad to see the end of JOYA already, I initially thought that may be the result but they had announced Yuya for a match at the next tapings so I guess that will just be a live crowd match. Crazzy Steve and Dreamer could have a wild hardcore match if they go that route for the Digital Media. Rhino/Maclin is a solid feud, glad that wasn't forgotten over time.
  19. Great show overall, very action packed and all the matches delivered. Awesome opener from Kingston/Claudio, delivering the long awaited epic moment. Nice Kawada vs Misawa colors and use of the Kawada powerbomb for the finish. Another hilarious Neck Strong segment. Laughed out loud at the bed noises as Taz wonders what the hell kind of hospital he's in. Liked Jericho/Sammy as a match, didn't love the post-match angle. Felt like a step back for Sammy's character to go away from wanting to stand on his own. Thought the WM XIX tribute attire was a nice touch but the shot for shot remake of the post-match turn was a bit much. Too bad they didn't save it for WrestleDream to do it in the same city too. Fenix/Moxley was wild and a real shocker. Could definitely tell right away something was off and it sucks for Moxley's big ending Orange reign to end in less than 3 weeks, but it gave a real anything can happen vibe. Hopefully Mox recovers well and Cole's isn't major. Loved Saraya/Toni, thought most everything they did worked well and both came off great. One year since Saraya's debut, one of my all time favorite crowd pops, lots of change since then. Main event was pretty epic. Went in thinking no way there'd be a title change but there were some great near falls and the added drama of Adam not being there at first. The big grudge matches both adhere to the Code of Honor tonight.
