Thanks for this. Grant Ward is maybe my favourite Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. character since Turn, Turn, Turn in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season One. I grew to like the red suit in Daredevil Season One. Hoping the concept art reflects a new all red suit in Daredevil Season Two. The white on the ground reflects the Punisher's skull logo.

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase III Discussion
The Natural replied to RIPPA's topic in "COMIC BOOK" MOVIES & TV
Found out about this five minutes ago as my best friend texted me. Looking forward to Ant-Man and The Wasp as I quite liked Ant-Man. Hoping for some more flashbacks with Michael Douglas. Even with the success of the film, I wondered whether we would get a sequel with the scheduling of other Phase Three movies. Guessing there's flexible plans if a film goes down well. -
Great post. Matches not mentioned: The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels. WrestleMania XXVI. The Undertaker vs. Triple H. WrestleMania XXVIII. I think you either really like or really don't this match. John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar. Extreme Rules 2012. Daniel Bryan vs. Antonio Cesaro. RAW, 22nd July 2013. Brock Lesnar vs. CM Punk. SummerSlam 2013. Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena. SummerSlam 2014. Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena vs. Seth Rollins. Royal Rumble 2015. Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins. WrestleMania XXXI. My top five WWE MOTD would probably go like this: 1. Daniel Bryan vs. John Cena. SummerSlam 2013 2. The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels. WrestleMania XXVI. 3. Bray Wyatt/Luke Harper/Erick Rowan vs. Dean Ambrose/Seth Rollins/Roman Reigns. Elimination Chamber 2014. 4. CM Punk vs. John Cena. Money in the Bank 2011. 5. John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar. Extreme Rules 2012.

Naturally (no pun intended!), Bayley vs. Sasha Banks at NXT TakeOver: Respect will make my Overall and TV Match of the Year lists. I'm just trying to decide whether I preferred the NXT Takeover: Brooklyn match or this one at NXT TakeOver: Respect. How about all of you?

Late to the party as I met a good friend yesterday. Bayley vs. Sasha Banks had big expectations I’d say mostly down to the NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn match they had in August. The Iron Man match they had here was great. I particularly liked how both were going for quick pinning combinations at the start to get the first score on the board, Banks throwing Bayley into the steel steps followed by the graphics screen to get a countout decision, Banks taunting of Izzy and the closing moments. Not sure whether I preferred this match or the Brooklyn match. How about you? This was the first time I’ve seen Asuka, really good showcase debut with the best ever usage of “You Fucked Up” in her match with Dana as Dana;s disrespectful tapping on the top of Asuka’s head. Bonus marks for Asuka using one of my favourite ever submissions, the Cross Face Chicken Wing as the finish.

TNA Bound for Glory 2015

Didn't watch the show, just read the results here. I also like Matt Hardy getting his moment and becoming a World Champion (though he may have earlier depending on how you think about the ECW Championship). -

I agree with all this post. I also gave Gus the third round. http://mmadecisions.com/decision/6500/Daniel-Cormier-vs-Alexander-Gustafsson Two judges scored the third for Cormier.

Depends on whether you prefer a fighter on top for most of the round (Cormier) or a fighter doing the most damage of the round in a short amount of time (Gustafsson). Reminded me of the fourth round in Jones vs. Gustaffson which went the opposite way for Gus as he was on top till he got rocked with the elbow. Gustafsson's unlucky in his UFC Light Heavyweight Championship challenges against Bones and now Cormier.

Thanks for the alert. I read recent Batman stories via Batman, a monthly UK publication which prints Scott Snyder's New 52 run. If I'm to get one in the proper book format, Endgame would be it.

Breaking news, Liverpool sack Brendan Rodgers. Earlier in the day, Dick Advocaat quit as Sunderland manager.

Outta likes or I'd give you one. Read these and typed my reviews up in my word document for comic book reviews not long ago. Better time than any to post them: Black Widow (Vol. 1): The Finely Woven Thread collects Black Widow (2014) #1-6 and material from All-New Marvel Now Point One #1. In the first three issues, Black Widow does jobs on her own time for penance with her past. I liked how in each, the jobs take a twist. Issue #4-5, Natasha Romanov is needed by S.H.I.E.L.D. as someone in the Ukrainian embassy has been targeted. This pits Natasha against Molot Boga, a religious Monk around the world. The story also shows people afraid of Chaos and is the best story of the volume. The material from All-New Marvel Now Point One #1 is a short eight page story as Black Widow is captured. The story acts as a fine sampler of the series. I’d have put it at the beginning of the book like Marvel usually does with their collections including “material from” I enjoyed this shadow warfare title picking it up for Scarlet Johansson’s performance of the character in the MCU. Like a lot of the MCU, its raised the characters public profiles. The art took a little getting used to. Not sure how to describe it, pastel/watercolour? Also there were a few characters I’ve never known as I’m not familiar with Black Widow’s world. Black Widow (Vol. 2): The Tightly Tangled Web collects Black Widow (2014) #7-9, Punisher (2014) #9 and Black Widow #10-12 in this order. Natasha in her own time takes jobs to try and make up for her past. This happens in #7 as Natasha gets an encrypted phone, Daredevil appears and #8 where the Winter Soldier appears. #8 is the best issue of the volume, good seeing Bucky and Nat together having read previous stories with their relationship. #9 takes Natasha to the location of the call running into Crossbones and the Punisher. The Punisher #9 mostly tells the story from their perspectives. The “they/Chaos” thread from the previous volume is picked up here in #10-11. #10-11, a past comes back into the present for Natasha as an individual who once she saved has kidnapped her associate, Isaiah. Natasha works with X-23 to free him. First I’ve come across X-23. #12 is the second best issue. As Natasha rescues a hostage unbeknownst to her, there’s an expose on TV about her actions and reactions to it. I liked this book, maybe the first a little more.

All things Bond...James Bond. Bond 24 Title announced.

When editing my last post, I removed two of my three honourable mentions with You Know My Name. The two: The World Is Not Enough and The Living Daylights. Sam Smith's Writing's On The Wall has made history by becoming the first Bond theme to reach number one in the UK. The previous highest placement was shared by Duran Duran's View To A Kill and Adele's Skyfall which both reached number two. Shame Smith's is the first to do so. Released today: -

I see John Cena either losing the United States Championship in the United States Championship Open Challenge or a tournament. Haven't given much thought about a winner, this guy came first to mind: Shame Sami Zayn's hurt. -
Haven't seen anything as far that goes. We'll probably know soon. Mike Bohn @MikeBohnMMA 4m4 minutes ago RT @KevinI: Just spoke with @danawhite and he said @TWooodley will get the title shot next, fighting Lawler-Condit winner. Kevin Iole @KevinI 3m3 minutes ago Also, @danawhite said he considers @JohnyHendricks a middleweight as of now. @MarcRatnerUFC confirmed JH was 20-25 pounds over on Tuesday Cheers guys. I don't have a problem with either of White's decisions. Hopefully the money and getting the next UFC Welterweight Championship shop without fighting will be a make good to Tyron having to go through a training camp and weight cutting not to fight. Hendricks shit the bed here.
