I was really hoping for a much larger list of NEW MOVES. Last years had several more, plus the bad-assey of the moves was greater. And I agree on the custom music being added; I mentioned before that THE SHOW 16 alolows users to import music, so the baseball player will have tunes blasting during his walk to the plate, etc. Just a few tweaks here and there._.

What's the chances we'll get a music option for next year? Remember the one from a few years back-it added tons to your wrassler and was even more fun to mess around with. Hell, in gthis year's MLB THE SHOW, you can upload a song file to be played when youre walking up to the plate, tee'ing off on a homer, etc. How hard can it be?!!!!

SO I've noticed quite a few...Triple H as a water fountain is pretty funny. I see Jake the Snake(snake), Bret Hart(sunglasses), Finn Balor(spraypaint), Tyson Kidd(Kidds Park street sign), Bad-Ass Billy Gunn(The Donkey/Jackass with the word "ASS" sprawled on it's rear), The Rock(his infamous tattoo spay[painted on a building), Tugbpat(a toy tugboat in the fountain)...and I know there's gotta be more but I'll leave it to ya'll. Troma...I know they announced some of them...just didn't wanna spoil the fun on here yo. I read the IGN article and only saw a few listed, didn't see anything about the "Hottest Free Agent" Heath Slater...but I mighta been looking at the wrong spot. Anyways, I think it's a pretty damned cool gimmick, to bring out artwork with clues about hidden wrasslers inside the art who will be in the new game.

Welp, this could be fun. Instead of straight up naming the entire new roster for WWE2K17 this year, 2K has devised a way to allow gamers to guess as to which wrasslers will be revealed each week by way of an image which represents a location inside "SUPLEX CITY". For instance, this first picture represents a carnival inside Suplex City's city limits. Take a gander at the scenery which contains clues as to who will be announced as the newest citizens of SUPLEX CITY, but more importantly, the latest wrestlers added to the roster of this year's WWE2K17. Each week a new image will be released. Vince, Steph and Shane have already been announced, as have Cena, Sasha Banks, Ultimate Warrior, Lesnar, Apollo Crews, Nia Jax and Sjinsuke Nakamura are playable as well. Feel free to look at this image(if I'm slow each week, someone feel free to post the new image up if ya want) and decipher the clues, and name the wrestler you believe is represented to be released in WWE 2K17.

Has anyone found the L.A. Park match against RUSH (posted about earlier in this month's July thread) on Youtube or anywhere we can watch? 'Said it musta been a straight shoot....I'd love to see it and I'm sure other folks would too. Let us know either way, DMF (testing a crappy picture...)

Saw that LITTLE BIG PLANET 3 was $8!!!

...and who could ever forget this infamous match against NEW JACK?!!! He looked like he was 93 when this match happened! Talk about no-selling; New Jack beat the dog piss outta the Senior citizen but Joe kept coming back for more. I'd heard tale from local workers that he was a tough sumbitch, and I got to meet him a couple times before this insanity occurred. He was a gentle feller but he also cast a far-out -there, wild eyed glance now and then. R.I.P. Gypsy Joe, you deserve it.

Here's a tidbit on the game, well...actually how Goldberg was finally placed in the game. I think it's a HILARIOUSLY CLASSIC move by Vince MCMahon on what he said Mike Goldberg must do when readying to hire him. "Some new details are coming out about Bill Goldberg's deal with 2K Sports for the upcoming WWE 2K17 video game. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that they first tried to sign Goldberg for previous games, but it was none other than WWE Chairman Vince McMahon who put a stop to that. Goldberg didn't leave WWE on good terms back in 2004. Meltzer reports that the split left McMahon so negative on the former World Heavyweight Champion that when WWE was in talks to sign UFC's Mike Goldberg as an announcer, McMahon wanted him to change his name for that reason. The original plan for Goldberg's arrival in WWE was for him to work a series of three matches against The Rock, but those plans changed to what we ended up seeing on WWE TV when Rock's movie career took off."

Speaking of Goldberg matches. I thought one of the better matches of his career in PPV was his bloodfest against Sid Vicious at Halloween Havoc in '99. And that was when Sid had finally began having good matches and acting like he gave a shite. My fave thing about watching Goldberg matches(especially early in his career) was seeing what sorta outta-the-blue-where-the-hell-did-that-come-from-kinda-messed-up-but-turned-out-to-look-cool-and-brutal-move-come-from?! I hope the Universe mode gets an overhaul among other things, and I wish..wish, wish they'd allow music to be installed again(I know it's a small thing to some folks but it is huge to me).

..."Battle at Bristol" anyone?! Tennessee vs. Virginia Tech at Bristol Motor Speedway LOL, I'm purposely keeping it low key as the folks who are putting on this event, the LARGEST COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAME IN HISTORY, are making the media rounds today(as in ringing the New York Stock Exchange bell this morning). I can't believe it sold out so quickly, I'm a local and though I could wait to get one of the 160,000+ tickets but no such luck. And they just announced the TAILGATE party for the game would be former local alumni Kenny Chesney(lotsa folks like him, I can't...sorry), The Band Perry(also local ties) and Old Dominion. It's also always been interesting to see what pop culture celebs snuck into the races. All of this is new to BMS, and hopefully they'll continue to bring music and other events to the Speedway. They've had alot of ideas, one of the weirdest was about 10-15 years ago when a Japanese company thought about purchasing the property and had plans on putting a roof on it. Anyways, it was just announced that ABC will be televising the game at 8pm(all locals know ghis per the monstrous COUNTDOWN sign outside the stadium). I dunno if UT will leave up to the billing of a better team(they finally have experience a sense of hope after all of the fiascos that began with Kiffin's sudden departure) or what the VA Tech Hokies will look like after legendary coach Frank Beamer retired. It should be interesting, and even though I dont have a ticket, I'll still have the BEST SEAT in the house(at least my house), on my 60" flat screen. I hope you folks enjoy the upcoming College Football Season, and this game-I can't think of another kick-off inside a racing arena, strange but could be a classic.

I wonder if the upcoming roster split up between both BRANDS will be added into the game. You think it should be because it would be the biggest event to happen in the WWE Universe this year. I loved the previous generation's SMACKDOWN game that had the WWE Draft, course Lesnar was an easy #1 pick for me(the computer always chose him as well). Anyways, toss in WWE 2K17 news, tidbits, rumors and opinions folks....that's what this topic is here for!
