You know... young Ray Rougeau does look a lot like Joey Ryan...

Who are these two?? Kinda looks like Piper -
That brings a whole new definition to bsing a Bushwacker. That also has to be a rib on Ray Rougeau.

So on my run this morning I had a hard time keeping my wind... Because I was thinking of the name Oney Lorcan and kept giggling at calling him Onesie.

CWC WWE CRUISERWEIGHT CLASSIC (NO SPOILERS)
Wyld Samurai replied to ChesterCopperpot's topic in WWE PROGRAMMING
I'm a little curious how a lot of these indy guys are going to handle the different ring size. From what I've heard through the old WCW guys after the Takeover was thst the hardest part was getting their timing down with the WWF ring.- 729 replies

Well a closed fist punch is also technically illegal but you never see the ref trying to stop that anymore either. -

There's also the kata hajime.... which is a blatant choke and I'm not sure how logistically thst was ever considered legal. -

The Rings of Saturn was so much better than the Crippled Crossface. You tie up both arms so no real chance of them going for the ropes. -

I never got into the spear -> jackhammer as that requires you to pick up your opponent again. That just kinda goes against the purpose of the spear. In theory that allows the opponent a few seconds to get their wind back. -
I rewatcheddar thst match for some reason yesterday and they cut to a different camera at the start of thst spot so it doesn't look anywhere near as bad.

The Mountain That Rides vs The Desert That Moves -
One day the WWE will see that it's OK for your main eventers to drop one once in awhile. Alexa could absolutely use a win against Bayley... and it won't hurt Bayley at all.

I thought that looked familiar.

That has to be the Japanese Earl Hepner. -

I couldn't believe that Dory used that as a real finisher. For me, the spinning toe hold was always the start of the figure four. That'd just how ito done! Anybody that executes the figure four without the spinning toe hold is a hack! But on that note - Race's finish was a standard suplex. -

The crossface chicken wing is indeed painful. Just hard to pull off unless your brother is considerably smaller than you. -
WWE BRAND SPLIT 2.0
Wyld Samurai replied to Stevie Ray Von Erich's topic in The PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
We appear to be a collective of old fogies with graying body hair. Brands do come and go, and it was just 21 years ago that Superstars was the WWE's main show... and NWA had Wored Championship Wrestling which late gave way to WCW Saturday Night. Brands come and go.. just like marriages... or unions. Sometimes they just run their course. Smackdown as a brand hasn't been relevant in probably close to 10 years. -

It's a shame that the WWE never had AJ and Joey Styles on screen together.
