    Yeah, chronologically the last BTAS story is that awesome JLU episode with adult Terry and seemingly ancient Amanda Waller and Bruce.

    Raimi wanted to do a Vulture/Lizard movie with a bunch of lesser villain cameos, including Bruce Campbell as Mysterio. It went through a ton of rewrites, no one was happy with it, and they were already planning to reboot it after 4 anyway, so they just scrapped it.

    Is everything past Justice League Unlimited separate from the original BTAS canon? I could see how Batman and Harley Quinn could fit in there while other DCAU movies that have had the same creative and voices clearly wouldn't.

    I still haven't given Last Stand a day in court, but I finally tried watching Origins around the time Logan came out. Yeesh. Even removing any consideration of the screenplay, it looks cheap and shitty. Logan's claws actually look worse than they do in the first X-men. It's like they knew they had a clunker on their hands and decided to skimp on post productions costs.

    I don't really know Matt, but our wives are good friends and I know this has been his dream match for a long time. I'm really happy he was able to make it happen before Onita retired.

    Mero deserves credit for changing his style after his injury and being part of the wave of guys that successfully reinvented themselves during the Attitude Era. Maybe he mostly stayed relevant because of Sable, but he probably got the best pay days of his career during that run.

    It's a weird tact for them to try to throw Cruise under the bus (and that definitely reads like a hit piece based on leaks from people involved in the film.) For one thing, the entire concept was dumb. But also Cruise has achieved almost unparalleled universal success micromanaging his movies for decades. I don't see that being the problem.

    The Raw tribute show is still one of the most baffling things Vince has ever done. Enough information had come out by that time that he should have known better, and some of the sit-downs are chilling because the guys clearly have an idea of what took place. It's strange, I can watch his ring work without trouble, but any promos or angles with him are too weird to sit through.

    Plus, he only has a writing credit on Last Stand and doesn't start producing until First Class. Honestly, lots of people make shitty franchise movies, few go back and course correct successfully afterwards like he has.

Dean, confusing a key moment in that Peter Lorre and Steve McQueen episode of Hitchcock Presents with that time he read the back cover of a copy of Indecent Proposal from the bargain rack at a Big Lots that he doesn't have to leave just because he's been here for seven hours, it's still a free fucking country.

    Poor JoJo. If Bray's intimate moments are anything like his career, it's probably a lot of talking about what he's going to do that never goes anywhere satisfying.

    God bless them for doing one good segment a week and putting it on YouTube immediately. It's a real time saver. The pull apart was weird because they seemed to be genuinely grappling at first, which looks much less dramatic than brawling. It wasn't shooting really, just two proud dudes making each other earn the takedowns. The kick sending half the roster flying was a tremendous visual, though.

    I was just rewatching some clips of Sting's WWE appearances, and it looked so silly when they had him hide under that curtain to attack Rollins because he'd sweated half of his paint off.
