I'll second the love for the main event. I don't think you need to make Rampage the All Elite Women's show but why not regularly feature the women in the main event and maybe a second shorter match as well. See if it gets any traction

You know for a bit now Dynamite has been the C-show for me. too many multiman matches (novel when ECW popularized them 30 years ago and we had never seen them, not so novel now) , That endless MJF segment dragged. Did enjoy Julia v Willow though I wonder who gets the main event spot at WD? Swerve and Christian Cage have made convincing arguments that they are the top heels in the company, and I could buy Hangman Page as #3 face behind Darby and OC. (I still feel MJF is still playing the tweener role, If Cole does end up turning on him then there's an argument made that he's #1 face) but the most important thing is that you don't want to be the guy who ownes the boat, you want to be brochacos with the guy who's dad owns the boat

I imagine that Heyman made sure to take care of most of his top guys like Taz and RVD , which is why they stuck around as long as they did (aside from Mike Awesome)
