I think there's something that works with the audience about a guy whose biggest challenge isn't winning the big match but waking up the next morning and strapping on his boots to deal with what comes next, but that involves a level of booking that probably doesn't exist in 2023 and honestly probably never existed over the span of years instead of just months.
