I missed the first hour, but I loved what I saw. I'd go as far to say this was the best WWE ppv this year, maybe longer. Loved the women's match. Both got nice pops from the (typically hot) Dallas crowd. After the main, the tag title match was my favorite. Very physical, and they played the clock well. Joe looked like the killer he is (even got a little "Joe is gonna kill you" chant). I'm not sure keeping the strap on Brock is the right move. I'm waiting on the next challenger to interrupt Paul when he gets to the "reigning, DEFENDING" part. Braun-Reigns worked for me, and both guys came out looking super strong. Fun show.

WWE at times pisses me off with regards to wrestlers and their weight. I hear JR (who I know doesn't work for them) say that guys need to have a unique look, out of one side of his mouth. Then he talks about how Kevin Owens needs to get in better shape (or WWE dumps Hero). The two most organic stars of the last few years -- Punk and Bryan -- were not 6-4, 275 pounds. They want it both ways.

When Mark Henry had that subtle chuckle in the background after Rusev was given his stip, that was a superb little bit of acting. Henry is standing next to a guy (after teaming with him the night before) with whom he recently had a bitter feud in which he failed his country. Mark Henry is so damn great.

Surely someone here has speculated that ultimately Angle would be brought back for Rusev??
