Gary worked for WWF for one day. He quit when he found out Strongbow was in charge on the road since they had a feud going back a ways -
Took almost 40 years but that was payback for Blue Monday

Be hilarious if they don't. The owner already wants to get under the luxury tax threshold. If they blow this you know a bunch of ill advised tinkering with the roster will happen

Zuerlein was probably expecting to be iced there

It was wild when Guy was in his prime. It looked like he was running out there while everyone else was walking.

Maybe Elgin is trying to show that short guys are compensated in other areas -

Surprised there is no catchweight or other provisions that I have heard so far in the Canelo-Kovalev contract. -

There's a difference in being able to run for a yard and running for a yard when 11 guys on the other side of the ball all know you are going to try to run for a yard and you are physically compromised

Isn't he a not fully healthy Cam Newton though

Wasn't bad but also wasn't nothing I already knew. Interesting getting a perspective on him from the NXT UK crew. If nothing else Adrian seems to be working with NXT UK as a trainer now so nice that he is involved again in the business

I would love to know the amount of capital spent on this wrestling organizations since Anthem bought it. I'm sure all of the people that lost there gigs on the Fight Network are like, "WHAT THE FRIG!!!!!" -
Yay Oakland. Nice first drive. Can only go downhill from here

I only caught the last 2 minutes. Best 2 minutes I saw all weekend

Surprised Serena pushed back in the second set. Figured she would quit saying her back was sore or something. Still weak it seemed she complained more about her performance rather than how good her opponent played

Really is it any fucking stupider than grabbing an interim belt and fighting Eastern Europeans that no one knows until he moves up to 140 grabs a belt where he will fight some more Eastern Europeans, the odd Mexican and maybe a random guy from the UK (not like a fight with a Regis Prograis or Jose Ramirez would happen). Then go up to 147 after all the names have moved on or have fallen to also ran status and grab a belt. Then it will be look at Mr. 3 division champ who has fought guys no one outside hardcores have heard of. I'm sure people in 1982 thought it was stupid that Azumah Nelson after 14 fights took on Salvador Sanchez in a title fight on short notice. He lost but did well and learned a fuck of a lot more than fighting a gang of random fading contenders or palookas. If Davis is moving up he would be a great fight for Haney but it will likely never happen. Davis will get a regular WBA belt and be content fighting 130 pound guys. I will make sure to miss future Devin Haney fights against the Robert Easter's and Rances Barthelemy's of the world. -

Is Loma even going to do the fight though. Arum is already making noise to have him go back down in weight. Why wouldn't Eddie Hearn make the fight. Is Devin Haney going to be a bigger star if he fights contenders that no one knows? Of course not. At least non hardcore fans have a sense of who Lomachenko is. I am in the group that believes he is better off getting in with Loma and trying his best rather than spending the next 2 years fighting meh guys that are ranked. Provided he doesn't look like ass next week. I have no clue what a Zaur Abdullaev is but we will see -

Haney can call him out all he wants. The kid wants to be special. Its more absurd that you fill a vacant title and crown a champion then designate a fight 2 weeks later to name an interim champion for the same belt. Whatever WBC can do what they want. You dont earn sanctioning fees waiting for Gary Russell Jr to defend his title once a calendar year
