    I think Bryan's sometimes inconsistent selling is more a reflection of Regal's influence than any desire to look more like a main eventer. You really need to break down the Regal talking point some time. Really write an essay on it with a bunch of matches cited. No one else seems to carry it. I see it more as a Bob Backlundish need to take a lot of a match in order to seem strong to overcome some of his obvious physical deficiencies. And switching gears: I'm AWESOME and a reality star. Ric Flair is my personal friend and gave me the figure four as his legacy. See? Miz.

    Bryan drops his selling so that he can seem more main eventery despite his size. And... that's pretty much the only bad thing I could say about him other than the fact that he wasn't really allowed to own his role on the mic and he didn't step up to take it like others have in the past. It's hard to argue against Bryan this year unless we're talking the real top seeds in this. Chris Hero had some good matches but this is a doom draw for him.

    The Usos are like the world's best possible Hardy Boyz right now. They're able to manage both the crazy spotfest sprints (when was that match with the Wyatts?) and longer matches with build and payout. They work the crowd really well and probably had the feel good moment of 2014 so far.

    Henry being out hurt him but he's got the promo of the year and a few really high end matches. Rollins has been on fire. It's a shame that the last Wyatts vs Shield match is outside the period because that'd make this easier.

    They were talking about that movie the Purge over in the movie note. I kind of feel that's what March Madness is. I think I'm about tapped here, though. But seriously, watch those JBL/Cole show episodes from above. I will say that there's no one out there who's as willing to try to keep me honest as NintendoLogic. This is the third or fourth time. In a world of interchangable posters where it's hard to figure out which one is Stutsy and which one is Grimmas or topically supremebve, where it's unfortunately hard to keep track of offspring515 relative to scraylo187, I am glad that my opinions matter enough to be kept track of and that hacking at them so specifically is worth your time. It's mildly validating.

    I like Cody a lot. Especially this year and I don't want to rag on him too much, but since I'm taking a hit, I will clarify. It's not about the execution of his moves. They actually look effortless. The body language seems sort of hollow to me. It's not really an execution issue so much as an emoting issue, which is something that matters to me a lot more, and something I think you can find a very consistent throughline in how I talk about wrestling.

    It's amusing that Cena in this 12 month period made a conscious effort to increase his moves. Like that weirdo lift neckbreaker thing.
