  1. Its weird and frustrating. I just had one of my best runs on Gambit yet winning three matches in row in blowouts despite my teammates constantly stealing my motes. I was just one away from a five win streak so of course the game fucks me over by starting my next match with only three of us on the damn team meaning we absolutely get destroy round 1. A Titan joins us round 2 which we manage to take. Then came the last round. We might have won if that dumbass Titan hadn't tried to invade at that last moment (he has just died as an invader with no kills beforehand). He blocked my path from the portal for just a few seconds, but it was just enough for the opposing team to get the win, right as I fucking killed three of them with fucking blade barrage. Now I know we might have still lost, but holy hell did that piss me off to no end since we at least would have had a chance had I those precious lost seconds. My LL has jumped up to 589 over the last two days as I have finished up the Dreaming City bounties, gained random prime engrams, and finished up weekly bounties for nearly Strikes/Crucible/Gambit. Now I need to focus on IB so I can finish the weeklies for that, and eventually do my Wanted powerful gear bounties. I got a 589 Twilight Oath and a 591 Cerberus from the Dreaming City. Both left me a little wanting for regular PvE, but they were a great combo for Gambit. So I just noticed something weird as I was looking through my triumphs. The game gave me the the triumph for beating all six Ascendant Challenges despite never actually beating Week Six's (did week 1's yesterday). And of course after winning two IBs in a row its the third match where my team loses that I have my best showing at 25 kills and 1.79 efficiency.
  2. I'm going to need a specific match/opponent. There been various children wrestling in Japan. Stardom and Ice Ribbon for instance have trained probably near a dozen between them. Haruka is the one who wrestled Kenny Omega. She was from Stardom. You have the commonly referred to Undertaker girl who is called Chairman Ramu. She wrestled for a fed called 666. She lrft but returned at some point. Hana never wrestled as a child. She is Kyoko Kimura's daughter. The only thing you will find of her wrestling related from her childhood might be the occasional interview with Kyoko holding her. There is actually one right after a deathmatch Kyoko had in BJW. Hana was bawling her eyes out in it. Hana didn't start wrestling until she was 18 or 19.
  3. Oh I know about the mods. That was more a minor complaint about the worthlessness outside of the Haunted Forest. Really though it wasn't anything serious. Besides what I really want is that Hunter mask from the armor set. I dont't care about anything else form the armor set but that. What makes the Colony so nerfable? I never use it or the Fighting Lion. Every time I try to use an exotic grenade launcher I find myself regretting it.
  4. I really like the look of this card. Feels like the NXT title match will end up a triple threat though with the way the results went. Otherwise its heel vs. heel which is odd.
  5. I would kind of dislike that just because Nikki is so damn great on her won right now.
  6. Meiko/Lane was Lane's best showing and pretty fun while it lasted. Io/Deonna was Deonna's best showing and pretty solid. I wonder if Io is afraid of kneeing someone again since she keeps overshooting the moonsault after murdering poor Xia with her knees in the first round. Tegan/Rhea was as heartbreaking as I expected. Its always a shame to see an injury happen, especially with how much Tegan clearly wanted to continue. The match seemed like it had decent potential as well. I was kind of impressed with Rhea's ability to keep her shit together since that couldn't have been easy. Hopefully they have rematch when Tegan is healthy and able again. Toni/Mia was good, especially towards the end. This was a solid show aside from poor Tegan's injury. I'm really lookign forward to next week. I hope Toni/Meiko gets some decent time. Makes me wonder if it would have been as bad if Tegan had let the ref end it when she originally wanted to. Agreed. I love how happy he seems to be for the women in/from NXT every time they get a big moment.
  7. Thought the first episode was good. I really dug Andrews/Coffy and Dunne/Dar. That was easily the best Dar has looked in WWE.

I concur. That was great, Lio was definitely the standout though Cedric, Metalik, & Neese weren't too far behind. Its again nice to have crowds actually into the action. Might be the best reaction we have seen since the move.
  9. I love how she gives a little slap to Shiki as she passes by.
  10. That is what they all think until the random crazed yelling, boots to the face, and attempts to rip people's arms off.
  11. War Raiders vs. UE was good stuff and the best the War Raiders have looked since coming in. I dug Fish's interference at the end, especially after the Raiders had already taken out an interfering Cole. Always up for Shayna being cruel. That was a nice shining wizard at the end. Nikki/Bianca was fun stuff once again. The Alistair appearance at the end was a fun way to end it. Nikki is so great with all so her facial expressions.
  12. Yes, yes they do. I did the first two missions for Festival of the Lost last night. Did the daily for Crucible via to IB which my team won and I didn't suck in. Did the daily for Mars and then like a moron did EP which lost me a good hour of sleep. This morning I knocked out the weekly mission and a few daily bounties for Dreaming City before the reset. Then did a couple of Haunted Forest runs. Its definitely designed to take a fireteam with you. I kind of dislike that the masks don't really have any defenses. Otherwise its not that bad. Just now I went ahead and finished up the Mars Flashpoint while wearing the Festival Mask. Did not realize EP doesn't count towards so that was a bit annoying/disappointing, especially since someone kept restarting from Lv. 6 allowing us to kill the Lv. 7 boss a good 4-5 times.
  13. That was more or less my thought as well.
  14. The Truth TV segment was fun. Dug the Edge/Becky/Charlotte segment. Usos vs. Bryan/AJ was nice if a bit random I skipped the Evolution segment. Nak/Rey was nice while it lasted. Not a really noteworthy show despite the being the 1000th.
  15. I have definitely lost a Gambit match or two after having my team in the lead due to well timed invasions. Blockers I find to mean jack and shit after the PE drops. Its really only the Taken Wizards that give you trouble. If my team finishes those bastards off in time the other team has a tendency to be fucked even if they were leading beforehand.
  16. To be fair Alicia Fox did have a Raw main event this year. Even after women started main eventing the occasional Raw and SDL that seemed so damn improbable. Honestly, I think having the mYC Finals was fine. I don't think the UK title match is needed and would have preferred a large tag match in its place. Really I was hoping we we get a few large brand focused tags; NXT vs. NXT UK. SDL v. Raw, or Raw vs. NXT, etc.
  17. That has always been the issue with the whole R/Evolution. It might be about the wrestling, but WWE has always been rather shitty with the booking and focus of the wrestling part of it. This show isn't a new problem. That goes back to when it started with the very women you mentioned being brought up. As or the main roster. They were always screwed once they said 50 women would be involved. That is just too many to try and service for one show.
  18. They weren't released. They left on their own. I mentioned this to a degree last week, but I guess I will say it again. There is a legit sizable portion of the audience who hate the Bellas beyond reason. They consider them THE representation of the Divas era and will never like them or give them much credit for anything. Its not a man issue either. There are a lot of women in that portion of the audience as well. These people think nothing of the slut shaming and felt that everything Ronda said was complete truth. This was basically WWE playing to that audience since there is quite literally nothing they can do to change their minds and they needed to give Ronda a big moment heading into Evolution.
  19. The card feels a little short at 7 matches. Hopefully this means some of the the singles matches will get more time. The card itself honestly looks decent. Kairi/Shayna and Becky/Charlotte are proven good matches. The MYC Final is another proven good match. Nikki/Ronda could go either way, but I think it leans more towards good with how well Ronda has been performing and Nikki herself looking generally decent-solid in this most recent comeback. The NXT UK Title match I'm not really sure of since both it's participants are a bit unproven but show potential. The Battle Royal will be neither here no there. Lita/Trish vs. Alexa/Mickie is honestly the weakest match on the show. I think the show will turn out fine quality wise. I don't think there is a big match sell beyond Ronda's. Nikki's neck is what worries me the most about this match up as well. Aside from that I think it will be fine at worst. I do think she has looked better now than she did in her last run. Its becoming more and more clear she came back too soon in 2016.
  20. It was the best material to go with considering its whats most of the audience likes to believe.
