At least the game gives you a lot of ammo for these bullet sponge motherfuckers, but I killed a guy and stole his pants. But he still had pants. He must have had extra pants in his pocket or something. I thought it would be hilarious to gun someone down and leave their twig and berries flapping in the wind, but NOOOOOOOO

The game is such a glitchy shitshow I don't know if I'm supposed to be locked out of the building where the underground fights are or not so I just said fuck it and did another mission instead.

So the second person you can possibly talk to being glitched right off the bat probably isn't the best sign of the stability of this game post patch (they forgot to give her her upper legs) Barely got a chance to play, but it still seems pretty awesome

So, I think the Target thing about not selling them in person was bullshit, I guess? I went to Target at opening and a guy waited in line from 5am-8am and got the only PS5 they had in stock. There wasn't an internet purchase here, because why wait? I got mine direct from Sony with a nice thank you card that also got you some free avatars. I really like what I've played so far, which are the following: Astro's Playroom (neat exhibition of tech with fun callouts to Playstation history. The zipper thing with the remote feels so much like a real zipper that it's fucking nuts, man). Spider-Man remastered (it loaded before Miles Morales, which still has some time to DL) - LOOKS FUCKING GREAT. Seems like you might be webslinging faster as well, since I seem to be getting to places before conversations end that are supposed to take as long as the trip there does. Some Dualsense clickyness feelings on the lab puzzles that make them feel nice. Watch Dogs Legion - more loady than a PS5 game should be, but much better than the semi horrendous PS4 load times that felt like playing Morrowind or some shit (They aren't that bad but they FELT that bad). The operatives look more like human beings and you can see that more effort was placed into well, everything for this version. The PS4 game is kind of ugly. This actually looks really good, especially at night.

Watchdogs Legion is probably sort of a bad game story/mission wise, but a hilariously fun game sandbox wise. I got this lady whose only attribute is is that she's flatulent. You sneak around and every once in a while she squeaks one out and alerts the guards. It happens when she walks around too. It's infrequent enough to surprise you and make you laugh every time it happens. You won't like anyone like the Watch Dogs 2 crew because it's all randos you recruit, more or less. But some of the randos are hilarious, sometimes unintentionally, like when you get a motherfucker that dresses like Mr. Fuji but he sounds like the PSYCHO SOMATIC ADDICT INSANE guy

All of the features of the controller sound cool as fuck and the bits and pieces of the videos I've seen of it in action (especially the adaptive triggers) are amazing, but mannnnn I am so concerned about the lasting power and durability of a controller that does all this stuff.

Q1 was pretty decent - it was a lot more comfortable than PSVR.

Underrated gems abound in Tracy's work in W*ING as New Jason the Terrible. One has the Japanese commentators calling him Tracy and mentioning SMW which is weird, because he was supposed to be mysterious. Then he is eventually wrestling unmasked half the match like the other Jason. But his brawling style isn't like his normal stuff - he's like going out of his way to wrestle as another person, kind of like when Flair was the Black Scorpion. He pulled off being a fake fake Jason the Terrible (the W*ING one is the real Jason in my heart but everyone else is all over the Stampede version's masked nuts because he had the Zodiac who ruled) and it was good times.

Sometimes they just give you pumpkins so it won't always work. It's like bitch, I'm the Krakoa pumpkin magnate.

I mean, I'll have to juggle less with launch titles, but now I'm probably willing to just wait until the actual PS5 enhancements/version come. I had a week off for Thanksgiving with no plans that were going to be spent in Night City, but oh well. .I just hope the toy companies and stuff they licensed things out to aren't taking too much of a hit from this. A lot of that stuff is staying on the shelves.
