  1. Y'see Batista and Titus? Real men wear tailoring with drape.....Inoki's killing it but Thesz and Karl aren't far off the pace.
  2. Skyfall is an abomination on so many levels, but even here Craig's in better proportion. In the #menswear scene, things are starting to get more sensible.
  3. Does the board have any kind of betting pool for King of Trios? If so, someone put me down for these guys. The small windowpaning is a nice change of pace, but button stances on Batista and Titus are way too high.
  4. Just before lights out, nice of Daniel Bryan to try to curtail Bo's face heat. Dream it, WWE officials.
  5. I'm wondering if we'll see Magic Power Kane tonight. Definitely my favourite Kane.
  6. Kane has gone odds on favourite. Looks like he's really going over tonight (I still think they might split the belts, which I think will void the bets). http://www.oddschecker.com/tv/wwe/wwe-money-in-the-bank/wwe-title-mitb
  7. Which additional talent do you want them to release so they can pay Lesnar more money? AJ Lee, ADR, Sandow, Otunga, Gabriel, Natalya, RVD, Tamina, Tyson Kidd, Xavier Woods are all very expendable. You can make arguments for a few others.
  8. Bookies still have Cena as odds-on favourite, but the odds have drifted out a bit. I think Ladbrokes are new to this and might be offering an attractive 4/7 for Cena-backers as marketing bait - but most of the bookies have pulled the odds on Orton, Reigns and Kane in a little. Update: SkyBet have shortened to 11/10 on Kane. Either they're trolling or there's some action from somewhere. Kane's my pick!
  9. I wasn't a big smartphone guy really. Until the Moto-G.
  10. So let me get this straight now you wanna compare Ryder with Roman Reigns? Wow. Ryder was and is terrible is any wrestling situation. That's why his pushed was stopped and utterly destroyed. If you think Ryder is terrible, you have not seen enough wrestling. He is a good wrestler that always has at worst decent matches, Above that, people sleep on his singles ECW run. Rosa helped, but he was good in that spot.
  11. I know the Royal Rumble was a few months ago, but ask Rey Mysterio and Batista how well that worked out last time they ignored the fans re:Daniel Bryan.
  12. I had to look up how many times Rey won the title, because i only remembered the one time. The reign where he won the tournament after CM Punk walked out with the belt by defeating Miz in the final, and then got beat by Cena on the same night, only for Punk to come out with his WWE Title - that is counted as per WWE Universe canon.
  13. Fair enough I suppose. The trouble with the secondary belts is that you have to keep pushing them for people to take them seriously, WWE doesn't have the attention span.
  14. People can barely remember Sheamus is the US Champion and the IC Champion is injured - proving that title holders becoming injured is far from anomalous. The Bryan situation is not an anomaly at all, he's going to come back and most of the same people, rightly or wrongly, will want him to be champion. And WWE will be less keen than ever to give him the unified belts. It's lots of little things, with one champ their flexibility over RR winners, hell even MITB, is reduced. It's not a case of wanting or not wanting, or some logical idea of the point of having two titles, it's just seeing what hasn't worked. Orton and Jericho both became Undisputed Champions in mid-December, so they've definitely gone longer than last time without creating a new title. It could be that the new belt isn't ready, but it just seems to me that if they were moving to one belt then there would be no better time to put it on TV than for this match. That way Bryan wouldn't even have had to give up the belts, The Authority could have been - screw this, here's the new title etc. So if they're not planning on splitting the titles, WWE definitely missed a trick there.
  15. Willingness to mildly shoot on WWE for ignoring him in a vaguely funny way, and to take the piss out of himself. People like an underdog, and liked the fact that he's clearly a massive mark for wrestling. He had several over catchphrases, and recognisable offence.
  16. My call: they'll split the titles. The Daniel Bryan saga shows that putting all your eggs in one basket is not what's best for business. If they were fully committed to one champion - I honestly think they'd be hanging up a new belt for this match. I can buy Seth Rollins a lot more as World Champ than Undisputed Champ. I think Cena takes one for sure. I'd peg Wyatt or Cesaro for the other one; they get Daniel Bryan at Summerslam.
  17. His segments tanked - but they could have been 'Sorry Zack, it looks like your act isn't good for ratings, But you have fans and sell merch, so we'll keep you strong on Superstars and on house shows and we can all think about how we might turn the rating issue around in a few months'.
  18. Zack didn't draw ratings, but he shifted merch okay - and that's pretty key. They didn't have to bury him quite as much as he did. That's more the wider problem of essentially being a jobber unless you're on a push. The point about the message it sends the locker room is valid,
  19. Yeah that's not going on air. Re: the pure unadulterated joy, I remember back when CM Punk put Christoper Daniels through the table with the Pepsi Plunge. The joy on his face, along with the reaction of the other SCS members, was what really put it over. This reminded me of that, though Dixie didn't take anything there really.
  20. I do wonder this sometimes. I know genetics plays a part, but c'mon dudes.
  21. Agreed. It's one thing if you're dressed up like some weird shaman or crazy old Aikido guy, but that hamandegger?
