The Ura Shouten is a great move that nobody has really used as a finisher. Not even Goto himself has used it as such.

My Nitro rewatch is in the 98’ era, and it’s been a struggle to get through these. They’ve sadly been getting rid of the in retrospective random dream matches. So I’ve decided to add that week’s Thunder to my rotation. I thought this would be a mistake, but quite frankly it hasn’t. All those random matches booking style I loved got moved to this show. Just got finished watching a very entertaining Mike Enos Vs. Lenny Lane match from September 17, 1998. Featuring Mike absolutely killing Lenny Lane on a corner to corner biel. Somewhere out there in an alternate universe Mike Enos went to All Japan in the 90’s, and became a Triple Crown Champion.

Alberto will be on the run from the cartel after his Nacion promotion goes belly up. Seriously that thing feels like the most obvious scam ever.

I remember him, and a few other guys using Razor’s Edge’s in dark matches before they made TV. I think an agent was extremely desperate to get them to use it.

We all remember when we saw Regal’s huge pecker on TV. It took him awhile to get those knux out from beneath that Jon Voight filled anaconda.

While AEW does have a lot of teams, they do need another centerpiece team. All they have right now are The Young Bucks, and The Lucha Bros. If they are planning on having tag teams headline some big shows, then they’ll need more superstar teams. LAX would provide just that. When The Revival become available, they could be another. Eventually Private Party could be apart of that class in the near future too.
