  1. That is strange. I thought they'd filled in those gaps already, up into May '95, where I assume it'll stay until Raw catches up.
  2. This better mean some sort of Bobby Jaggers fanclub, and not what it's trying to imply, or implode for that matter.
  3. Yes. What's highly coincidental, is the fact that I was watching this match specifically when I read this post.
  4. Bret should purchase a minor league baseball team and reuse the Hitmen name. The uniforms would look pretty boss, I'd imagine. All monochromatic, like the A's/Indians/Bucs etc from the 70s. The dugout jackets styled as his leather one would be worth it alone.
  5. Sight unseen, I bet that second match was great.
  6. Besides Survivor Series '88, have Shawn and Bret ever had a televised match as teammates, either in a standard tag or six-man?
  7. I hope we get an appearance from Jushin "Thundow" Liger before the tour is through.
  8. I wish the Network was more developed to the point that we could see daily highlights and perhaps a match or two from this Japan tour.
  9. Not on a consistent basis. The only two times I can recall, was when Cactus/Chainsaw teamed up, a regular and barbed wire bat were brought out. The former smashed the Outlaws car. Second time was when Chyna attacked Owen's injured ankle prior to WM XIV. There may be more.
  10. He was apparently crazy the entire time. There are stories about him being a bit peculiar during his first run as champion. Yeah there are stories in i think Bret's and Jericho's books about touring Japan with him and he seemed like a nut even then. Also, the Superstar Graham story about him wanting to wear the belt under his robe and having an argument with Vince, Sr about it. If I remember correctly, Nash's shoot featured a story where some of the guys heard a commotion coming from Backlund's room...yada yada yada...it was just him partaking in vigorous calisthenics with the room's furnace maxed out.
  11. I think his intent was to overshoot him. I recall him doing it a couple more times. Unless I'm mistaken, one time he landed neck first square on the rail.
  12. His finisher could be the People's Elbow.
  13. Don't forget about his distain for Dairy Queen too.
  14. Watching Main Event right now and saw the SNME promo. So they can use "Obsession" for SNME ads but not the actual shows? That's pretty lame.
  15. Probably because Vince is afraid to step to Ron.
  16. I feel like this would've been something in Jericho's first book, if Ambrose were in 1994-95 SMW.
  17. While most historic birthdays garner a full day off, Sid's only nets you a half.
  18. inside a steel Brock Lesnar After which, the shark Lesnar F5'd in '03 comes out to cash in the MITB briefcase that Ambrose traded him early in the show. They proceed to have a **** 1/2 match. Shark goes over and is then revealed to have been Ambrose the entire time.
  19. He looks like Cody Rhodes as well. Yes, I know.....face-painted bodysuit man. But surely the resemblance is there.
  20. Solid grouping of details. Fonzie, Steiners killing the Beverlys as always and then you've got Stu and Helen up front.
