TV deal negotiations are up in the fall, right? I'm ready for them to give this away for free and still not crack a million viewers.

I assumed FTR/Wardlow vs. Lethal & Company would be for the Cleveland show so Wardlow's hometown could see him powerbomb a giant dude. I don't know why FTR v Swerve in Our Glory isn't happening when they should've beat Jurassic Express at Full Gear. I assumed the original plan was a Hardys nostalgia run, but FTR's gotta win the belts sooner rather than later, I'm pretty sure they've been #1 ranked team since April and haven't gotten a shot.

Not sure why we're getting Mox v Punk next week, but I'll get to see it live. Wondering what the All Out main even will be or if the match will end in shennanigans (MJF's gotta come back at some point, right?) Kenny looked... not good. I hope this is storyline came back too early and he ditches the Quackenbush shirt soon.

I still think Jericho wins tonight, even if just to drop it back to Mox at All Out. I don't know the main would be otherwise, unless Punk's ready to go.

If they do a four-way, I think Hayter will have Thunder beat with Britt stealing the pin. Hayter turns face and chases. Jade's destined for the World title, and I think a Britt - Jade feud is inevitable, I don't know who's face, or if either even needs to turn. Who wins the TBS title? Should be Strat. I could see them doing a Strat/Jade/Athena three-way to take the belt off Jade without pinning her, but I hope not.

The problem with Thunder Rosa's title reign is that there are exactly two women in this company with star power and their names are Britt Baker and Jade Cargill. Kris Statlander is right there, the people want to get behind her but she's playing second fiddle to Athena for some reason. Stat's the right person to beat Jade, make it happen, move Jade on to the main Women's title, and have her feud with a face Britt Baker. I don't know what they do with Mox if Punk's not ready. Jericho's the top heel and they're running that match in two weeks, unless Jericho wins and they do a rematch. I'd be cool with that actually, let Jericho drop it to Kingston at Grand Slam and you got Kingston finally winning the big one but still having a chip on his shoulder because he's just the interim champ vs returning "real champion" Punk for Full Gear. The other option is MJF, but I'm not sure how you pull off the turnaround from shadowbanned to #1 contender in a month.

Not to rebook the Summer of Punk, but the way to make that work would've been to have Punk keep doing shit like when he accosted Triple H at ComicCon or whatever, and popping up on social media, showing up in random indies, etc. so he doesn't completely disappear while he's hot, but still making it look like he's not with the company, until eventually Trips, as new onscreen authority figure, reluctantly agrees to pay him per appearance, no contract, so he continues to defend the title. As for MJF, it's apparent to me that the end goal in this is have him win the title at some point early next year, threaten to take it to Vince when his contract expires, and retain by the skin of his teeth until December when he's finally defeated by the heart and soul of AEW, whoever that may be (it should be Darby) How we get from where we are now to there, I'm not sure, his initial return should be a surprise, run in through the crowd, grab a mic on a live show, etc. but have a top face (Hangman's not doing anything) call him out and challenge him so he's feuding with a AEW's representative and not Tony directly.

I'm sure it'll be a good match, and I'm a fan of OC for sure, but I can think of a few AEW guys I'd rather see in that spot. My disappointment in the card is mostly that you don't tease Okada v Hangman, and then replace Okada with Jay White and Adam Cole. If you can't deliver Okada, don't mention him. AmDrag vs. ZSJ is the only dream match on this card and it's not official yet. I still expect all matches to be very good, however.

When Jericho came out I was so sure they were making the AEW title match a three-way. Don't tease Okada v Hangman and not deliver. Jay White and Adam Cole combined don't equal one Rainmaker. I'm pretty sure the Hardys were supposed to win those belts, but we're definitely getting Bucks - FTR III at All Out. Cool.
