I'm just so thankful for all the Star Wars stuff. I didn't hate the sequel series -- I really enjoyed the Last Jedi. I was disappointed they ret-conned everything in the Rise of Skywalker, but it wasn't bad bad. Just kinda disappointing. But I love Mando, Asoka, didn't hate Boba Fett (especially when they just focused on Boba), didn't hate Kenobi. Andor is obviously the shit, and Rogue One and Solo are the best of the sequel movies. Why are people so out to get Disney, Star Wars, etc. What have we become? Nobody hates Star Wars as much as Star Wars fans. We're all armchair bookers who get pissed when they don't do the thing we made them do in our heads. (There's probably a parallel to all the maniacs who want AEW to fail)

Man, I'm not really feeling Mania this year. I mean, I'm more off than on, but I've generally been pleased with their big shows (and even the NXT big shows). But this card ain't doing nothing for me, even with the Rock around. I think my main problem is that I'm just done with Roman, Seth and Cody and more importantly the WWE style. All the matches feel pretty same-ish (maybe not Gunther matches, but the result is almost never in question), the promos are next level cringe usually. I don't know. WWE doesn't feel fresh. Maybe when Tiffy Time, Ilja, Trick, Melo et al take over it'll be cool again, but I'm kinda done with it.

Proud and Powerful had that 5 star parking lot brawl match with Best Friends. They should've run that back for the tag titles as both teams deserved it. I remember Santana hitting a dive on the Young Bucks off a forklift or something -- maybe the same one that had Orange Cassidy inexplicably hanging out in a bathroom backstage. Santana had some money promos on Jericho where he mugged whatever for the camera whenever Jericho talked. It was great. He was the Shawn not the Janetty of Proud and Powerful. I can see wanting to bet on yourself. I hope he succeeds. Ortiz has a spot as Eddie's friend that people can massacre. He does gotta go back to goofy though. That stuff with the claws and the stiff body splash were great.

Hey I liked Dakota Johnson in the Peanut Butter Falcon. I just finished the Hawkeye series and I think it's definitely my favorite of these D+ Marvel Series. I came to the realization that the D+ series are a sort of a justification to have the streaming platform and quantity was more important than quality, but if you adjust your expectations, it's perfectly cromulent. I also enjoyed She-Hulk.
