  1. Someone buy me that tye dye Bayley shirt, respectfully.
  2. I grew up watching reruns of The Ghost and Mrs. Muir TV show with Charles Nelson Reilly. I saw the movie when I was around 10 and I was so confused. It's an awesome film.
  3. To add on, I've seen Colorado Eagles hockey at that Arena in Loveland, and it's awesome. It's also where I saw a few WWE House shows over the years, but not in awhile. They moved their house shows to the Late, Great First Bank Center in Broomfield outside Denver until business got hot here again around 2021. Now every show is in Denver at the Ball Arena. I went to two Dynamites at the FBC, lots of WWE shows, and lots of concerts. That place ruled. Anyway, as I ramble on, I also saw TNA at the Loveland Arena back in 2009. There was about 249 people there. And it was a great show. The main event was Samoa Joe vs AJ Styles, Homicide was on the card.....the last time I'd seen them was three years earlier in ROH in front of way bigger crowds. I had a blast though and so did the other 248 people. edit: I also had Earl Hebner give me his autograph even though I didn't ask for it. I got Hebnered. I was at ringside after the show where I watched a scene go on in the ring that involved a poor woman who looked like the mom from Gilbert Grape get in and out of the ring to have her pic taken with AJ Styles. As I'm watching all this with my ticket stub in my hand, Hebner walks over and signs it like a fucking big shot, then moves on as I'm surprised. Im hoping for a fun show there. Lots of good vibes in that place. Shit, I took my nephew to Wild Kratts Live there and he saw Cena there when he was five, when Cena, Mysterio, and New Day were his heroes.
  4. I got an e mail yesterday announcing that AEW is running Dynamite on my birthday 6/5 in Loveland, CO. Pre sale was today so I grabbed tix for me and my bud. To be honest, my interest in AEW is at a low point but live TV wrestling 40 minutes away on my birthday? Shit, I'm down.
  5. Actually, WWE has been running a lot of house show tours over the past two or three years. They just announced a bunch more on RAW tonight. It's not like the 90's grind, but they're out there touring.
  6. It's cold as fuck, it's open air, and by the main event people were tired. There were times the crowd was trying to sing Rollins song but without the music, it was tons of people going " Ohhhh, Ohhh, Oh" unsynchronized . So it sounded weird.
  7. The show was incredible. It was so great to hang with Pete and Ray again after all these years, and to get to meet in person so many cool folks from the board/ internet. Makabe was a guest on one of my podcasts a few years ago, and getting to talk and hang with him a bit was a blast. The entire night was amazing.
  8. I'm at the show, just came from having a pre show feed with Nick, Chris, Pete, Ray and Bix. It's amazing here.
  9. You just need your e mail confirmation .
  10. Again, a couple of us are meeting at https://www.palermopizza.online/ at 6pm. Come on by, and check out that menu. Calamari is on me.
  11. I just arrived at my folks place in South Jersey after getting fucked by the car rental company I used. Countdown to Thursday night is on!
  12. My favorite part of watching old Memphis is seeing all the parts of what will be some of the greatest tag teams of all time, just floating around together. It's like the universe settling down after the Big Bang.
  13. I just put all the finishing touches on my trip home for the show. Nothing left to do but be in vacation mind for the next week at work. One last thing, theres an Italian place 7 minutes away from the arena that looks awesome and they take reservations. https://www.palermopizza.online/ Let's pre show with pizza and calamari. If you're going and are down for a get together, I'll take care of making the reservation. As long as that doesn't cost anything. Ya never know...
  14. It was so fucking cringey. Like douche chill cringey.
  15. That bit on the Oscars with the five people fawning during the acting awards was fucking awful. Like, cringe level awful. It got to a point where it was hilarious how bad an idea it was. I loved all the Best Song performances . Billie Eilish killed and "I'm Just Ken" was a blast.
  16. I read " The Friedkin Connection " a couple of months ago and it's the best.
  17. I watched "The Holdovers" tonight and I absolutely loved it. It's everything I want in a movie. It looks beautiful, the music is awesome, it hits both comedically and poignantly, and the performances are incredible. I laughed and cried in a way that felt real. Paul Giamatti has to win Best Actor, right? I hope so. I've loved him since Private Parts.
  18. SD was fucking fun tonight! I know a lot of you don't notice or care, but holy shit. There's been so many changes in the presentation, almost all for the better, that it's nirvana for me. The announcing alone on WWE has gotten so much better now that an insane rapist isn't screaming at them. Cole and Graves have both recently said, in a political, safe way that no one is "producing" them anymore.
  19. Y'all gotta check out the George Jones tribute concert from Great Performances on PBS. I just watched it and was loving it and then all of a sudden, Uncle Kracka ? Then a little later it was Jellyroll. I'd never heard him sing before. He sounds like the best guy at Karaoke on a Saturday night in Boulder. But overall, it's an incredible show.
  20. I sort of remember something like that.
  21. That Rollins line sounded exactly like something Gewirtz would write.
  22. Neither has Damian Wayne. What's his fee?
  23. Hahahaha. Holy shit. If I didn't know better, I'd think Phil did that on purpose.
  24. Priest doesn't have an announced opponent yet..... This show just keeps getting better. I bought a brand new tye dye button down for the occasion.
