  1. Tyler's already out as a basic figure. It's just that it's impossible to find. Thank goodness for Ringside Collectibles.
  2. I very much agree, he's going to get it and it'll be spectacular. But it's amazing how despite people knowing he's an asshole and married many times they still love him. He's fake as anything and not even good at what he does. But then again soccer moms love Dr. Oz despite him being a fake as well. There's a lot of turning the brain off with the viewership of these shows.
  3. The S6 is definitely a fingerprint magnet. For the sake of my sanity first thing I did was get a protective case and a tempered glass shield for the screen. Still a fingerprint magnet, but much more manageable with the shield. I was definitely thinking about the Oneplus Two, but wasn't sure when it would come out. So far I definitely still love the S6, but I'm really interested to see who here gets it and how it is.
  4. WWE showed their lineup of upcoming figures. http://www.wwe.com/inside/mattel/mattel-san-diego-comic-con-2015-reveals-photos The main ones are the Balor, Sami and Bayley figures, those I absolutely need. Same goes for Owens. Some are prototypes, but the fact they're going to come out in the future makes me very happy.
  5. I'll admit, it took a bit to warm up to the awesomeness that is Sasha. But now I'm so happy to see her on TV. Bayley cut a helluva promo that got her point across while still maintaining her adorable image. Need to see the rest of the episode, but the difference between NXT and Raw/SD women is like night and day.
  6. Scary thing is you might not be that far off. It was a very crazy time back then.
  7. I've noticed that anymore I fall asleep through the last half hour of the show, so I DVR the replay. Sometimes I watch what I slept through and wonder why I bothered. I'm a fan of EC3, but it was definitely overkill for him. Just do the faux gauntlet match, maybe have him face Kurt next week. But nope, they wanted to put it on one show just to smite us. I don't wish people to lose their jobs (except Dixie, because fuck her) but I can't wait for this show to die a death.
  8. I was going to consider Watanabe the one guy I irrationally don't like, but reading this thread I find that's not needed. Good thing Dalton is there to make that entertaining. I find myself having two versions of ROH on the DVR. There's the one from Sinclair that I watch (mainly for Mandy and the Codeline) but I also watch the DA one to help with their ratings. Not sure if I'm the only one who does this. I wouldn't watch all of the Sinclair version, but it comes in handy in case for some reason the DA version didn't record.
  9. From Sasso? Wow, can't say I expected better from him, but that's pretty damn fucked up. And I wonder how Piper reacted. Did he try to defend Steve or went along with it? And why didn't they just simply edit that part of it out so it just never existed in the first place? There's a couple people to blame, but without him doing anything about it sadly Piper's very much to blame as well. Granted, what Steve did was fucked up and should not be forgiven. But bringing it up like that doesn't help matters.
  10. Regarding Cosby's shows and movies, is it even possible to go back to watching them? It's a different scenario, but with the Benoit story people were saying how they couldn't watch his stuff again. Or if you don't want to use Benoit it can be anybody else, but same thing. I guess point I'm getting at is can we watch or enjoy in any way Cosby Show, Fat Albert, whatever movies he did and so on? I liked some of his comedy specials, but personally have no problem forgetting they ever happened. I just can't see them and not be reminded of what he did. And really, in the grand scheme of things it is a trivial point. He is very much a piece of shit and should have the worst happen to him.
  11. On the one hand, it's a reality show and that whole thing was one big reality show script. On the other hand, Nattie is not all there and I can believe she thought she could do this in PG WWE. If it was more the latter than the former, holy fuck is she mental. Also, not going to lie when Paige jumped into Alicia's arms my first thought was "I actually missed this show." It has its moments, man.
  12. It's pretty much standard operating procedure now to expect something worlds better than the end result. For stuff like this I go in with no expectations and try to find something possibly worthwhile. The only good thing about this is Rusev, but it's a shame what they did with Lana. She was so damn good, but it's just not working what they're having her do.
  13. Oh, man, that goddamn butt plug, almost forgot about that. As noted on Jericho's podcast though, they're all a bit crazy including her. Also nice to be able to see Tyson in this. If God forbid he died taking that move (5% survive that injury) then they'd either have to delay/edit the show or air as it and it'd be a bit odd to see.
  14. I absolutely refuse to hate the Rusev segment, dumb as this story might be. Impossible to hate after he said "THE LANA THAT CALLS HERSELF WOMAN!" I howled with laughter. In a just world, they'd see how great he's been throughout all this and reward him with good angles going forward.
  15. With the season starting back up might as well bring this back from the dead. Could go on and on about how awkward as fuck the whole Nattie as a dominatrix part was, especially with her mom walking in (had to be setup, it's a reality show) Instead I ended up impressed with how awesome Brian Kendrick seems to be as a trainer. He looked like a million bucks in this. As for Eva, guess we'll see what happens. She does look better in training.
  16. Finally saw Cujo after avoiding it all these years. Damn, I hated that fucking dog growing up. My neighbors had a dog just like that they named Cujo. I avoided that fucker like the plague, though he was nice. The movie itself did a good job making a rabid dog a threat. Might get around to watching Black Cat as it's inspired by Edgar Allen Poe. But knowing how Poe worked, this is going to be a twisted movie.
  17. I absolutely loved that Dusty stories special. Only complaint I have is that I wish it went longer. Thought for sure Ric was going to cry any second at times, but he was great. Great show.
  18. That image deserves all the likes. I do have an honest question. If TNA folds and everybody transfers to GFW wouldn't that be a step up? Get rid of Dixie and they'd be golden. The stupid TNA name has been a big burden, so ditching that alone would do them wonders. Or is it too little too late. On top of that, add the folks they signed officially to GFW and that'd make for a helluva roster to work with.
  19. For those asking for Brock Photoshopped into Street Fighter, here you go via Xavier Woods's Twitter:
  20. I'd wear the tie and if people asked what it is I'd proceed to Inoki slap them and tell them it's for their benefit. That'd be appropriate, right?
  21. GFW needs to sign Sid. Sid and Scott Steiner just destroying everyone. Your wish has been partially granted! I am really loving this thread. The comedy, the Yano pics to seal it, glorious stuff.
  22. I'm still highly amused that of all the reasons he fell, it was because he tried to moonwalk. On top of that, he had the firefighter promise not to tell anybody, but he shares it on the podcast because "Nobody's listening" I was howling with laughter the whole time.
  23. I woke up at 5:30 but was hoping to sleep some more. After tossing and turning I turn on wifi to check email when the WWE app spoils the winner of Balor/Owens (at 7am EST) I was fucking livid. I knew he would win, but it's still fucked up just spoiling it like that. So I got up and saw the show but was really annoyed up until the match. That said, Neville/Jericho was good. If Jericho wasn't in mid life crisis mode he'd be much more enjoyable in this type of role. The Divas match was okay, but nothing special. Brock/Kofi was such a glorious ass-kicking, I'll never get tired of Brock throwing fools around. And RIP to Kofi's neck, holy shit. Finn/Owens was wonderfully surreal. I was wondering if there'd be streamers and sure as shit they had it in spades for him (along with flowers and all). It's really fitting he did stuff like the Sling Blade and Bloody Sunday. The "Too sweet" sign was in full effect and it's wonderful that he's allowed to fully embrace what he was in Japan. Absolutely tremendous. And why in the fucking fuck would the tag match be at the end?! That was horrible booking, Finn/Owens should have been last. It's like they kind of knew at the end, as they made sure to have the last shot be of him as champ. All in all, it was a two match show and for those alone they delivered.
  24. I so far like ZZ and Patrick. ZZ's the personality but that's about it. Patrick came off well so far, but he's also a wrestler from MCW so there's the local factor. I'm sure they'll find some way to make these two look like numbskulls in no time though. At this point I'm into the show, but Tough Talk is where it's at.
