The ones I could never understand were the post 92 blue Whalers Ron Francis ones when he never wore that version. And to show my disgust with Brian Burke and USA Hockey I may go with Okposo for my Isles one (I have another one I can get done up as Johnny Hockey).

Got blank Flyers and Isles jerseys for Christmas and want to get them customized. I'm getting Johnny Hockey for the Isles one of course, but am undecided on Flyers one. Already have a Giroux one, am thinking Hartnell or Simmonds. Also thinking of going old school with the Hammer, Bernie, Moose Dupont, Joe Watson, Ashbee or Hound Kelly. What do you guys think?

The Bully Ray segment just reeked of bullshit and may have been the stupidest thing I've ever seen on a wrestling TV show. ROH doing something similar last year was bad enough, but this version made that one look like the Freebirds slamming the cage door in comparison.

TNA is the most depressing promotion in the world to watch. They are really like the dying days of the AWA. I literally can't sit through one of their shows because it is so sad to watch.

I am going to petition Terry Pegulia to, if that Russian brat ever makes it to the NHL, have John Scott beat the living shit out of him (yes, I know Scott is from Canada. So is Don Cherry and he would no doubt approve. )

And I'd like to point out I posted that a minute before Okposo won it in OT.

Islanders are playing the best team on the planet, and Kyle Okposo has been the best player (with the possible exception of Crawford standing on his head) on either team tonight. YAY BRIAN BURKE~!

Leaving Okposo off REALLY pissed me off. If it wasn't for Miller being on Team USA I'd root for John Tavares to tear them to pieces. And here's a thought: how many people who made the team would a GM smarter than Ed Johnson not trade straight up for Ryan?

I'm on the hunt for some good DVDs to spend my Christmas money on. I got BOLA night 2 after seeing Sean from the Torch rave about it. Also got the WWE Mid South one. Can you guys give me some recommendations of stuff to check out?

I'd really love for Bryan to become a crazed zealot who tells the fans and other wrestlers that Bray Wyatt loves them and that he doesn't want to hurt them, and that they should follow him. This could set up a feud with Cena, where Cena tries to undo the brainwashing but Bryan fights him in the name of Bray. This has potential, but I am still afraid they will screw it up.

It would be great if Bray plays Raven, Bryan plays Cactus, and Cena plays Dreamer. I see potential in Bryan becoming an insane disciple who tells the fans and other wrestlers how Bray loves them and cares for them.

Booking in 2000 ECW was largely done by Dreamer IIRC. Heyman was preoccupied with trying to save the company. The last 2 great ECW shows (debut at Hammerstein) were booked by Paul, which is one of the reasons they were great shows.

I wish I was tech savvy enough to have found a way to record that show because it was great. Glad to see someone found a clip. I've always wondered why at least at the bigger house shows they don't film them and sell them as downloads or DVDs? To me it would be a new revenue stream that would be low risk-high reward. Everyone who went to the show would've probably pre ordered it if given the opportunity and it would've been like selling two tickets. Also, double main event in Newark with Kane vs Show in a cage with Booker T as guest ref (wish it were Kane vs Mark Henry) and Randy Orton and Alberto Del Rio vs John Cena and Rey Mysterio (which sounds great). I just hope they have Rhodes Brothers vs Real Americans face each other again because those matches are a joy to watch.

MSG house show was real fun. Rhodes Brothers vs Real Americans in a cage was great, and Cena-Orton was a fantastic main event in spite of the lame finish. Will be at show in Newark on Saturday, hope they change things up because it's the same market.

Does anyone have house show lineups for upcoming WWE live events? Am going to shows in Newark and MSG and I've only seen Cena-Orton and Real Americans vs. Rhodes Brothers confirmed for MSG and haven't seen any lineup for Newark. Wish I was getting Bryan, Punk and Shield tour but I can live with Cesario and Swagger vs Rhodes Brothers because that should be great.

If the NHL has any balls they will punish the teams in the most punitive way possible for their actions. They are shitting on league business, if the Devils did this the league would stomp them in a heartbeat.

Stuff I learned from watching Center Ice: McDonalds in Canada now serves poutine. That's way better than the Boston Pizza pizza burger. Has Five Guys made it's way to Canada yet, because their fries as poutine would be so awesome as to cause the universe to implode?

My favorite match from the show was the Young Bucks vs. Adrenaline Rush. Body of the match was real good, but I loved the finish. They built up to it and peaked at just the right moment. They didn't do too much, which is something that is a main criticism of many indy matches. When they did the finish you felt "they can't top this" and they didn't which is why it was perfect IMO.

One match he did in the past year that everyone needs to check out is the one from the first HOH show vs Sami Callihan. I'd highly recommend buying that show just for that match, as it was just great.

Quotes like that are why I've come to hate "smart" fans. Anyone who would say that wasn't a real good show is either clueless or spoiled beyond belief. If WWE or TNA put on a similar show people would be raving about it. I thought I easily got more than my $20 worth

The Kingston-Homicide vs ReDragon match reminded me why I hate ROH fans. Wasn't great but the crowd decided to shit on it just to show how "smart" they are.
