The Hogan Night at MSG was actually really nice. They actually raised a banner to the rafters, and I hope it stays up there like the Elton John or Billy Joel ones but I suspect it will only be used at wrestling shows there. Most notable thing is that they have really killed Reigns bad as he got a strongly negative reaction and people walked out before the main event (also shows how much they've hurt Bryan, who was his tag partner, as well). Cena-Rusev was as good as their PPV match IMO and was best match on the show. Tag was good with Bryan playing Ricky Morton getting beaten until making the hot tag to Reigns. Overall very good show. Interesting that no return date was announced, but given that it's one of 5 shows in the general area this week I can understand they will want some time to pass before returning to the area.

In a reverse Herb Brooks moment Tim Murray went into the locker room and reamed the team out after the first for playing too good. Inspired, we then went out and played as terrible as we know we can.

I renew my Sixers season tickets in person a week from tomorrow. They had me at "we are going to be shit for a few years so we are guaranteeing your tickets stay at $10 a game". Interesting that MCW is featured prominently in the renewal brochure I got a few days ago, oops! Also for you guys in NY the Models by MSG is having a blowout sale on ASG merch. All the jersey tees are $10 and most players are still available. Laughed at all the unsold Melo ones, he may be my least favorite Knick ever (and I still have nightmares about Charles Smith in that game 5 vs the fucking Bulls). Was in Columbus last night and I have to say it is the best arena I've ever been to. You are close to the action even up top, plenty wide concources and great concessions (full Tims stand and Skyline chili fries) that are reasonably priced. Really enjoyed that place and look forward to visiting it again. At the Joe tonight. The men's rooms actually have pee trougths. Can see why they are going to replace it because the nice concource is the only difference between this place and Nassau. Did get a free t-shirt so that was nice.

My verdict on the trade: Jets win because they got rid of a guy they had to get rid of and got good value. They also strengthened their playoff chances. Sabres won because we in theory got the best player in the trade in Kane. Also it all but assures that we end up with McDavid or Eichel, and if you put Kane on a line with either of those guys he's probably going to score a good amount of goals. Also like Bogo because he grew up a Sabres fan so he has an understanding of the pride in putting on our jersey. Daddy Lemieux didn't want his kid playing for us so fuck them.

We just traded Enroth to Dallas. The Taylor Hall injury forced our hands, to stay at the bottom we needed to get worse quick. These moves should solidify our hold on the league basement.
