I forgot to mention that I had my favorite Crucible kill the other day. So match starts and some dude kills JT. Dude starts tea-bagging JT. Mind you - it is like 45 seconds into the match and apparently people still think tea-bagging is funny. While said dude is tea-bagging JT - I come barreling up and pounce him the fuck off the map. So very satisfying for so many reasons

They did sell out. Since the game is on Fox (due to the Rams being the road team) - CBS can't show a game opposite it in the home market If you look at the FOX map - you see the game is airing in both St Louis and KC

The problem isn't the level - the problem is that you don't get auto paired with people when doing nightfall So unless you have a fire team going in - you are doing it solo And will all the modifiers turned on - it is a son of a bitch... Oh and there is no respawn - so dead is dead And the kills only count in the restricted area - which sucks for this week's nightfall because you have to do like 3 steps before reaching said restricted area

That is the one me, JT and Craig are all bemoaning right now. Getting the rare Fusion Rifles (or better) can be a bitch if you didn't know about it ahead of time (or if you miss when the Gunsmith has them) But the 200 kills in Nightfall strikes is the real son of a bitch

Guys who don't quit are becoming my new favorite players in Destiny last night As I said - JT and I hit First Light last night and we were suddenly 3-6. God Bless the random dude who was with us as he kept plugging away trying to get his kills in and do his best. I really should have added him to my preferred player list

What's funny is that I didn't realize how many people hated Bastion as a clash map until I just Googled "Bastion Destiny" and like 4 message board threads came up about how it's the worst map and how people are immediately quitting when seeing it. First Light is the other one that comes up. Which totally explains last night since JT and I played them back to back and both times we were on squads that suddenly only had 3 people on it. It appears that the general rule seems to be that folks are quitting because large map are anti-shotgun

They definitely have an idea of what the "right way to play the game" is and are trying to force people to play it that. Like Mark was telling me that he read in one of the Bungie updates that they said the reason that auto rifle and shotgun were nerfed was because "too many people were using them" and how the didn't like that "veteran" players were telling new players that their priority should be to get a good auto rifle and shotgun

And it's not like the Skins aren't paying Brian Orakpo $11.5 million to not get to the QB this year either
