The randomness was why I loved TNM, who doesn't want to see Jimmy Del Ray eliminate 10 guys and win a big Battle Royal! Sir Mo and Stevie Richards were multiple time tag champs in one of my promotions, can't remember how they became a team but they were almost unbeatable on PPV's. -
Remember almost 4 years ago when a bunch of random celebrities sang Imagine and even though we were in a pandemic everyone was like WTF? Well 15 years ago in Norway the most random group of celebrities ever assembled lip synced Let it Be on a green screened beach for the most WTF thing I might have ever seen. When I mean random I mean random, I’ll only spoil the first 3 to show how random this group is, Roger Moore, Huey Lewis and Jason Alexander.

Since the salary cap era started the Steelers model has been compete for the division title/get into the playoffs, that’s what Tomlin has done and so did Cowher before him, the Rooney’s aren’t going to make any drastic changes. I think Tomlin is going to retire when his contract is up in 2 years, when he does Art Rooney II will hire another young DC who’s offensive philosophy is run first, same thing his grandfather did when hiring Chuck Noll and his father did when he hired Cowher and Tomlin.

The Bank Job was good.

There's no way Tomlin is leaving the stability/sanity of The Rooney's and three coaching changes since LBJ was President for Jerry Jones.

I worked in a record store circa 1997 to 1999 and I only know Robbie Williams due to getting so much promotional stuff from the record company, same with Wild Orchid which was Fergie's group before she joined Black Eyed Peas.

Why would they pay that much? Even though the record companies gave him a big push Robbie Williams was never a thing in the US, then there's the monkey thing that I guess only makes sense to British people?

Wow, that was crazy.

Just saw that both stadiums have events this weekend, Monster Jam at Snap Dragon and a rodeo at Petco, so even if the NFL was down with moving to a non-NFL stadium, there’s no way they could do it at either of those.

All this beer talk had me wondering two things, first has anyone ever done a Sandman beer? Seems like something a microbrewery in the old ECW stomping grounds would do. Second, Heyman missed out by not bringing in a wine enthusiast to feud with The Sandman, the heat would be off the charts if you had him do a long drawn out uncorking while some soft rock song played, plus you’d have a cork screw and broken bottle for them to jab each other with. -
Chris Von Erich has a single about how tough Fritz is, kind of surprised they never did a Von Erich album similar to the Sgt. Slaughter one.

ESPN wants to have a football game on Monday nights from Labor Day to MLK Day, that's why the FCS Championship was last night.

This movie needs to use the Rolling Stone article “King of the Goons” by Joe Eszterhas as a blueprint.

Of the upcoming action movies in planes, I’ll go with the Josh Hartnett one.

The only shakeup I can see happening is the B1G getting tired of 3 "neutral" site playoff games being in SEC country and starting bowls in Detroit, Indianapolis or Minneapolis to replace the Fiesta and Orange.

Who's throwing money out there to get into the New Years Six Playoff Bowls and bump New Orleans? When the playoff started up and two more bowls were needed only the Peach in Atlanta, Cotton in Dallas, and Holiday in San Diego made bids, I don't think San Diego bid was even in the running since Jack Murphy Stadium was ancient and there wasn't a new stadium coming like in Atlanta. The only city/bowl that could possibly bump someone out is Las Vegas, but they don't need to fill hotel rooms at New Years since they already are filled, or the semifinal week since that's when CES is going on, if they would bump a bowl it'd most likely be the Fiesta which has a history financial issues.

The Superdome was upgraded a few years ago, its back to being in the Super Bowl rotation. New Orleans isn't getting pushed out of the CFP, it's a much more desirable location for fans than the bland urban sprawl of Houston and Tampa, and no one wants to visit Jacksonville if they don't have to. Also, besides Super Bowls, Sugar Bowls, Final 4's and Mardi Gras, New Orleans gets a lot of big conventions, they've been having big events going on for the past 60some years, they can handle it.

How many draft picks would Belichick have traded away for Skattebo?
-
I’d rather see the quarterfinals at bowls and then back on campus for the semis.

I swear I saw him make the count by tapping his foot on the mat. The two Philly Spectrum refs Barney Solomon and Dusty Feldbaumer barely burned any calories when they reffed.
