  1. Same boat, time and money. I have to space out my wrestling viewings quite a bit. As for channels, we have like Netflix and Peacock stuff like that. Then something will come up where we have to pay. I was debating on possibly trying out a wrestling one and then new car issues it makes sense to add AAA. So I kick that can down the road for a paycheck or two.
  2. Fingers crossed people can contain their emotions when people disagree about wrestling. Throwing fits, purposely misquoting, grand standing, etc. It’s tough to discuss Politics, Religion, and Pro Wrestling. @Niners Fan in CT, I’ve been meaning to subscribe to Wrestle Universe or the Honor Club. Maybe next paycheck, but of course I keep telling myself that.
  3. I really hope Tony Khan grows a mustache
  4. I like the different style of wrestling that both companies bring to the table. Both can have hits and misses.
  5. Can we all just agree that everyone sucks? If you enjoy the product you have bad taste, can’t dance at parties, and/ or are likely self righteous in your need to defend yourself from people disagreeing with you. If you don’t like the product you are both fake and pretentious, annoyingly play guitar at bond fires, and/or ruining other people’s good times by giving your bad faith takes on the biggest show of the year. If you like certain aspects and dislike other parts of the product you are a coward, pride yourself on being devil’s advocate when your neighbors just want to complain about gas prices, and/ or have a false sense of superiority.
  6. When Dolfan goes to sleep this forum gets scary. Can someone walk me to my car?
  7. Dude, if WWE can manage to sign Bryan then I’m so in on all of this. Cody will be full blown heel but Roman will be a nonchalant cool guy Tweener. His new catchphrase will be, It’s all groooooovy.” He’ll be so casually likable that the fans will cheer, but he wears sunglasses in doors.
  8. So in theory: Cody vs Brock at Backlash maybe Cody vs Solo at King and Queen of the Ring Cody wins Money in the Bank Cody vs Roman at Summerslam. Hopefully this journey can be filled with captivating moments and no heat is lost along the way.
  9. Yeah, people can get pretty upset when others have different opinions. A few emotional posters misquoting and random whataboutism. Classic internet.
  10. Alright fellow nerds, I’m in the wait and see camp now. WWE has earned my patience. They’re on thin ice but can still knock it out of the park with God knows what. Maybe a missed opportunity or a blessing in disguise. I care less now, but they can win me back over.
  11. Where’s the story? Why was she working the knee? What’s her history with knee? What does knee mean to her?
  12. If she really wanted to do damage, she’d use her index finger and poke right into the that icky between the joints spot. Maybe even rub a knuckle in there.
  13. I feel like more people need to do knee related offense. Less arms. I think I’m getting the hang of this!
  14. Does this mean I’m going to have to learn UFC stuff?
  15. You and I both know he’s going to be given the polka dots gimmick.
  16. Was it a shoot Mike’s Hard or a Worked Mike’s Hard?
  17. Meat slapping fest was pretty great. Also Flair vs Ripley. Both were my personal favorites of their nights.
  18. I’m more irritated we didn’t get a Brandi run in
  19. You don’t need to defend yourself on what you like or shouldn’t feel you need to. If you’re happy with the results, I’m pretty happy for you and I generally enjoy your posts. I guess I don’t understand the passion and irritation you had towards @Belgian_Waffle when he was speaking towards his own feelings. Someone saying they didn’t like something doesn’t mean they think it will fail as a company or other people shouldn’t enjoy it.
  20. I wasn’t a fan of the ending of Night 2. A lot of people were not a fan of the end of Elimination Chamber and I low key was. It’s all fine. If someone was turned off enough that they’ll stop following along, that’s fine too. We’re consumers of entertainment. Either way is fine. If the story folds out like @Greggulator posted earlier, I’ll likely really enjoy the journey. If someone doesn’t like the way that does or doesn’t play out, that’s fine. No need for anyone to be overly defensive and overly read into posts to think they’re saying more than they actually are.
  21. “Exactly. This is also why lately the only WWE match I watch each year is the Mania main event (as long as I can stream it somewhere/watch it at my brother's house). It's exciting seeing if Roman will lose or not but when he wins it just makes me not want to follow again until next year's Mania when the stakes are back up. ” - @Belgian_Waffle This is what you quoted. He stated “I” a lot and mentions nothing about crumbling or other people not watching the show. Is this the post you meant to quote? Because this is clearly his opinion and has nothing to do with what you are implying he said here. People can have a difference of opinion and be disappointed in a product without it being twisted into them saying other people won’t enjoy it or they are failing as a company.
  22. WWE was so close to stealing Ricky Starks and they dropped the ball.
  23. I tuned in for a bit. There was a weird moment where he talked about someone earning the title from Roman and not just being handed it.
