You're right, I forgot about coconuts, which can grow on the beach anywhere.

So the way the fruit works is that your island will have one "native" fruit and then there will be one "sister" fruit that you can find on the rare fruit islands. If you want any of the other fruits you'll have to get them off of another player's island as they won't spawn on your Nook Ticket islands. Don't be like me and waste a bunch of tickets trying to find fruit!

I think where people get it twisted is in believing that behaving like a psychopath made Jordan great, instead of Jordan getting away with acting like a psychopath because of his greatness.

I've been a head-shaver for 20 years so this has been no problem for me, but my wife was supposed to get a haircut right around when this all popped off so she is going crazy. Every time she jokes about having me shave her head it sounds a little bit less like a joke.

Yeah, everybody kind of ends up with a giant pile of fish and bugs on their island in the first couple of days.

Jason Jett was fun but I don't remember him as being much of a talker. He went back to doing occasional indie dates after WCW but his main gig was making ring gear.

I actually think the Varsity Club coming back as a bunch of middle aged, out of shape athletes still obsessed with their glory days could have worked, but would also have required a level of introspection that Kevin Sullivan is probably not capable of.

I'm pretty sure that they ran in on a Dark Carnival (the successor to the Dead Pool with just Vampiro and Muta) match, which may have been their debut? It's all hazy to me. They did wrestle both Chono & Super J and PG-13, which are some pretty random-ass teams.

The Varsity Club revival is, hands down, the weirdest booking choice in late WCW. A faction hardly anyone remembered with guys that couldn't really go anymore.

If this kind of thing matters to you: Starting villagers will never upgrade their furniture from the really basic set they get with their first house. So it can be good to get starting villagers you're not crazy about since you can force them out and whoever moves in will actually decorate their home.

I like to sleep in on Sundays so I haven't interacted much in the stalk market. And the online is such ass that I'm not really trying to spend an hour trying to sell my bells on somebody else's island.
