You absolutely need to be able to speak the language if you truly want to succeed. Otherwise Andrade will just be a guy that floats around. Being able to communicate with 100% of your audience is absolutely vital. Even in the real world you are expected to be able to speak the main language of the country you work in if you actually want to get somewhere. Vince was right in trying to make Andrade get a better grasp on the English language. For all the love we give Andrade, he's not that different than Juvy or Psicosis.

I second this. I stopped following NXT a few years ago... I think at some point last year i tried to watch an episode and saw Karrion I Kross with Scarlet... And thought it was just the dumbest thing and so not what made NXT the hot brand from 2015-2018.

Maybe they're keeping Scarlet off in hopes Kross can get over on his own before introducing her... Otherwise you end up with a Bodydonna scenario where Skip barely registered and it was all Sunny.
