  1. Was leaving for work this morning when I spotted this little guy just hanging out on the side of my house at 4:30a.m. https://imgur.com/Ia5qeQS
  2. I second, third and fourth the Gemstones reco.
  3. He had the "Fall Risk" card attached to everything. There was no safety vest or the machine you speak of. Since he was released from the rehab facility and back in his own apartment he has gotten used to his rollator(and there is a sign that says "SLOW DOWN!" taped to the front of it. That was put there by the staff at the rehab facility.) and he hasn't had any falls or issues with his balance.
  4. Hell no, not at all. Embrace it for all it's worth.
  5. The drug busts, plus they covered his bar fights, using his book as the source material. Listened to it this morning and I didn't even realize that he had passed away.
  6. "Dr. Death" Steve Williams is the subject of this week's Crime In Sports.
  7. Starting "Hijack" with Idris Elba as not Jack Bauer. Two episodes in and really liking it. On Apple+. Been watching the latest season of It's Always Sunny. Based on the "Frank Vs. Russia" episode I think
  8. Listened to a certain podcast this morning and now I want to see "The Russians are Coming,.." Turns out it's on Tubi.
  9. Father and son dead on the same day? Good grief.
  10. For the past nine years one of my customers is a chef named Jackie Shan. She is 4'11" of dynamic energy. I've had her threaten to shoot me if her order was wrong, but I've also had her give me her delicious coffee cake and cash tips numerous times over the years. I'm able to call her by her first name and have seen her light into her staff without a second thought. I love delivering to her, but I wouldn't want to work for her. The place in question is Jackie's Cafe in New Buffalo, MI.
  11. Starting The Bear from the first episode. Interesting show.
  12. Watched it last night on Max and then I went to bed.
  13. Watching Renfield and enjoying it.
  14. I got me first exposure to Geddy Lee through "Take Off(To The Great White North)". That was probably around Xmas '81. Saw "Strange Brew" on either HBO or Showtime a few years later. I liked it, but haven't seen it since.
  15. Into the new season of Black Mirror.
  16. One night in Bangkok is all is takes, amirite, me bruv?
  17. F.A.R.T. The Movie. Shot on video obscurity from the early 90s that I heard about on a podcast(Zac Amico's Spook Show). Extremely low budget but very well done. IF you enjoy movie podcasts check out this episode of ZAMSS because there is a section where Fart Cornette goes on about how Farters never Fart anymore. It's more succinct than that, but I digress. It's one of the funniest bits I've ever heard on a pod that was wrestling related.
  18. Actually Wilford was a decade or so younger than Cruise when he did Cocoon.
  19. He was also good in "Thing To Do In Denver".
  20. The mile or whatever it is across The Ohio from southern Indiana to Louisville can be like a million miles for some people.
  21. It's songs like Luke Combs cover of "Fast Car" and Zach Bryan's "Something In The Orange" that keep me interested in country. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sL3gEpuoU_g
