Winning the first two rounds of the East isn't the Heat's goal though. Hell, if they had lost game 7 last year in the FINALS, most narratives would have painted them as failures. It's pretty much FINALS or bust for them (fair or not), so they are going to need to be more than just fine. I don't think Wade is going to opt out of his contract at this point in his career, unless Pat gets them all to come back again.

Richard Sherman got asked about how football players making it rain at strip clubs was setting a bad example for young girls. I guess they excluded young boys from this question because we are a lost cause

I don't know what the Heat are going to do about Wade in the future, but when he opts in for that big contract next year consider it a "thank you for your past services" type of thing. Also, I'm with Barkley with the Heat just being who they are right now(weaknesses and all). I don't buy the coasting stuff. This is just their team right now. Durant is doing his thing. He always does.

WWE Facebook page just updated their relationship status to "It's complicated" too. This is rock bottom. -

Maybe it's because I'm not the biggest Punk fan, but I didn't even notice Punk wasn't on RAW until I read it on here. Oh well. It'll probably be turned into a storyline, if it isn't already. Breaks are good. -

Anyone else worry that Batista isn't going to deliver the "took his ball and went home" promo next Monday as well as Rock's? -
I really like the mutiny arc, but I don't remember liking too much else in the final season. Baltar's final season storyline was all over the place and not in a good way.

On this forum, there's probably about five people total, who actually watched this show, but TERRIORS was so good. It only lasted one season before getting cancelled, but everyone who missed it should give it a shot. It just wasn't popular when it ran. I wish it was around now because it's a Netflix friendly show. Battlestar Galactica is an outside the box pick too. It has its hiccups and everything is not wrapped up neatly yet it's entertaining and not as scifi as its title leads you to believe. If you're looking for shows still on tv, Hannibal and The Americans had good first seasons. They're not on Netflix but I think they may still be on Hulu or their network sites for free until the new seasons start airing. Maybe.

Who draws the short straw and has to tell Brock to chill with the "no regard for human life" chair throwing fits? If I'm sitting in the front of a WWE event and Brock comes within any radius of a chair, I'm heading to the concession stands. I need my face to stay pretty. Brock out there slinging chairs like he's out in an empty cornfield instead of a highly crowded arena. This dude is going to hit some Jimmy in the front row one of these days and the WWE is going to catch a case. This guy is wild.

Thank god someone is on the "Did Batista show his ass" case.
-
Tomorrow, we get to find out who drove Orton's getaway car last week, which is all I care about. You guys whining about payoffs and your failed fantasy Mania matches will eat your words.
-
I was about to say...ain't no damn way RAW did a 5.25 rating (even for one hour) or yall would be watching the "Return of Batista" for the next year or so. That's The Walking Dead type of numbers.
-
My favorite episode of Community might be "Mixology Certification" back in season 2, which isn't a particularly funny episode.
-
I'm interested to see who's in that smazz at the end, it should be everyone who's in the Rumble. What's IWC? International Watch Company: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Watch_Company Wade is always sending shots at the Swiss.
-
At some point this year, Punk is turning on Bryan right? Plant the seeds
-
It was Hogan in a rental. To start the Cena/Hogan feud for Mania.
-
I never thought I'd feel bad for Carmelo, but dude clearly wants to kill himself. If they can't get him to commit, they need to start entertaining offers.
-
You guys are slippin. How come you aren't talking about the big story of last night? Who was driving Orton's getaway car? I need answers.

The Heat's defense has been awful many times this season. Not sure if it's effort or scheme, but it's probably a bit of both. It use to be their signature, and now it might be a weakness. They still can do their "clamp down defense with 4 minutes to go" schtick, but it doesn't always work and sometimes they have given the other team too much confidence by then for it to be effective. Also this:

I don't think the league is going to agree with you and Bill. Somehow "one of the worst plays he's ever seen" might go unpunished.
-
Oh yes. Bill Belicheck: guiding the league's disciplinary hand toward evil doers.
-
Yeah, I actually thought the movies Niners Fan mention were all doing reasonably well or very well considering budgets/limited releases/etc.
-
Richard Sherman gave a candid response seconds after an emotional game, guys.
-
People are going to go on and on about Sherman, especially with a week to kill, but the Harbaugh interview was the real tough watch. You know that guy was steaming on the inside. I could feel the discomfort. No way Erin Andrews facial expressions aren't going to become a meme: The best defense vs. the best offense should make things fun. I always enjoy a good heel, but I'm jumping on the "I want to see Peyton shutup the critics" bandwagon and rooting for him. Bill Simmons excuses should be fun tomorrow.
