Impact Wrestling - Airing December 15, 2022 from Pembroke Pines, FL

*Eddie Edwards def. Delirious (6:49) via bridging back in the Cobra Stretch in to a pin.. After the match, they shake hands but then Eddie turns and attacks Delirious. Yuya Uemura tries to make the save but gets taken out. Eddie tries to unmask Delirious until Jonathan Gresham makes the save.

*Bully Ray def. John Skyler (1:11) after a piledriver. After the match, Tommy Dreamer came to the ring. Dreamer & Bully went back and forth on the mic over their history and everything Bully had done, with Dreamer declaring that their friendship was done.

*The Major Players (Brian Myers & Matt Cardona) def. Decay (Crazzy Steve & Black Taurus) (9:02) when Cardona pinned Steve after a double team. Prior to the match, Trey Miguel attacked Steve.

*Sami Callihan def. Angels (w/ Deaner & Kon) (6:54) after the Piledriver. After the match, The Design beat down Callihan.

*Bhupinder Gujjar & Joe Hendry def. Johnny Swinger & Zicky Dice (3:19) when Gujjar pinned Swinger after the Gargoyle Spear despite Moose interfering to chase Hendry away.

*The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) def. Heath & Rhino(c) (18:23) to WIN the Impact World Tag Team Championships when Sabin pinned Rhino with a sunset flip.

Shera and Jack Price!  It is perfectly fine!  Shera's finisher is really great.

Eddie Edwards is wrestling!  He is awesome!  It's Delirious!  Eddie Edwards kicks this match into gear with a gnarly Suplex over his head.  Delirious is indietastic.  That was perfectly fine for most wrestlers, disappointing for an Eddie Edwards match.  Postmatch makes up for it as Edwards kills Delirious with a Die Hard Driver!   Jonathan Gresham comes out to save Delirious!  Edwards versus Gresham will be good.  Community theater with Josh Alexander and Scott D'Amore!  ACTING~!  Jon Skyler is back!  He's good!  This should be good.  Or very brief.  Tommy Dreamer and Bully Ray talk a bit.  Awesome!  It's Matt Cardona!  And Brian Myers!  Oh awesome!  BLACK TAURUS!  And Crazzy Steve!  HE CAN'T SPELL "CRAZY" because he's CRAZZY!  Trey Miguel spray paints Crazzy Steve and it somehow makes Steve less of a wrestler now.  Black Taurus wrestles for two like he was going to anyway.  Brian Myers and Matt Cardona bump for Taurus like Taurus would usually bump for his opponent.  I love that Black Taurus is our face in peril! Crazzy Steve tags in and Cardona makes him look like a million bucks.  Matt Cardona fucking rules.  Then they CRUSH Crazzy Steve with a Dudley Death Drop VARIATION!  That was also not very long.  Needed more BlackTaurus!  Matt Cardona is awesome.  Kenny King and Speedball should go for an hour next.  That would rule.  Violent By Design are now the Design!  Angels is the worker of the Design now that Eric Young is going to the WWE.  Unless Vince takes back over.  Then Angels will be the highflier of the Design.  Callihan will lay it in.  STO on the apron by Angels!  Angels with the Crossface and Sammi Callihan bites his way out. NICE Brainbuster by Callihan.  Love Machine Splash by Angels is very impressive.  Great Piledriver by Callihan for the pin.  That was good.  Deonna Purrazzo and Gisele Shaw will be a fun tag team.  It's Bhupinder Gujjar!  It's Joe Hendry!  It's Johnny Swinger!  It's Zicky Dice!  Fun Delayed Vertical Suplex by Hendry.  Zicky Dice and Gujjar and Johnny Swinger are all that's left after Moose and Hendry wander off to talk.  GARGOYLE SPEAR!  Oh man, I was all about Skyler sealing his tag team with Jason Hotch with a kiss.  It's the Motor City Machine Guns!  It's Rhino and Heath!  Heath and Sabin are gold in the ring.  MCMG do neato double teams.  Heath looks good in this and he is letting Rhino not have to do too much since he is pretty immobile at this point.  Heath takes MCMG's double teams like a champ.  GORE!  For TWO!  Another GORE!  Saban jumps over him and rolls him up for the pin!  We have new tag team champions!  Oh right!  I forgot that they are also New Japan Strong champs.  That was good.  A kinda limp episode compared to last week but I think every episode is gonna pale in comparison to last week.  Main event was good.

Gresham signed with IMPACT!  That's some good match ups.

Definitely a lesser episode this week but still decent. Mostly shorter matches aside from the main event which was fun. Surprised to have the titles go from face team to face team but the match was good and always cool to see MCMG back on top. Joe Hendry always delivers as well.  Lots of drama this week with Bully and crying Dreamer, Mickie/Jordynne, D'Amore/Josh, etc.  Taylor Wilde randomly turning in to a witch is interesting.
