hey guys I’m addicted to Vampire Survivors. That’s all, that’s the post. Poe Ratcho is a beast if you choose the right power-ups.

Way too much work and confusion to have two different threads (those who played the video game and those who haven't) so we are going to go with one and if you are reading the thread assume both the TV show AND video game will be spoiled for you. Meanwhile - here is an interview with Collider where Neil Druckman and Craig Mazin explain they changed how the infection spreads for the TV show https://collider.com/the-last-of-us-cordyceps-infection-explained-neil-druckmann-craig-mazin-comments/

It's 2020 in most parts of the world (though not where I am), is Animal Crossing out yet? Oh, and Cyberpunk, I guess. In the meantime, I'm playing a lot of PBA Bowling and Football Manager and maybe Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair if I can sit down and focus and forget all the ways that it's not quite as good as any of the DKC games that it's emulating.

The oh so not even close to complete list of 2020 releases (this is me randomly selecting things). The list I got this from was last updated in mid-Dec so I assume the dates are still correct Ori and the Will of the Wisps - Feb 11 Final Fantasy 7 Remake - March 3 Nioh 2 - March 13 Doom Eternal - March 20 Animal Crossing: New Horizons - March 20 Bleeding Edge - March 24 Persona 5 Royal - March 31 Resident Evil 3 Remake - April 3 Cyberpunk 2077 - April 16 Predator: Hunting Grounds - April 24 Marvel's Avengers - May 15 The Last of Us 2 - May 29 And here are all the things claiming to come out this year with no specific date (not counting nebulous stuff that was just "2020") Half-Life: Alyx - "March" New World - "May" Dying Light 2 - "Spring" State of Decay - "Early" Wasteland 3 - "Spring" Ghost of Tsushima - "Summer" Halo Infinite - "Holiday" Hellblade 2: Senua's Saga - "Holiday"

New year, new thread, everybody! Like most folks, I'm banging away at Fallout 4, but there's going to be a lot of other great stuff to look forward to this year. Is it too early to start counting down to "Holiday 2016" for Mass Effect: Andromeda yet? I hope not.

Because, hey, it's already 2015 where I am, and I'm playing video games. (Of course, if Rippa wants to kill this and start his own thread, fine.) But yes, Dragon Age: Inquisition is awesome (as many of us already know), and after watching enough trailers for it, I'm getting pretty psyched for No Man's Sky, too. And, of course, the next Mass Effect and Fallout games can't possibly get here fast enough.

Alrighty then, let's get the video game thread started again! Right now I'm off-and-on with Skyrim. . .yes, I'm behind. About 80 hours in, still don't feel like I'm anywhere hear the end game. Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Also picked up Guild Wars 2 last week, because it looked kind of interesting.
