  1. Playing for the Mets takes a toll on a person.
  2. Any hockey fan worth their salt needs to listen to the May Day call from '93. One of the classics. R.I.P.
  3. But, what about my PSA 10 Die-cut, Refractor, Shadowless, Autographed (on card), Hologram RC?
  4. I don't think any big Hollywood picture has ever made money. Sad.
  5. They're all in their 70s, the only tense situation is the Metamucil kicking in all at once.
  6. That was his clone. The original died on the field. I read it on the internet.
  7. As much as I have loved Danzig throughout his career, I fear that I, too, would want to wander out on a mountain if I had to watch one of his films.
  8. Goodell will ban him from being in proximity to NFL players.
  9. He did, but he used the AWA/He-man figures mixed with the old rubber WWF ones from the 80s. Admittedly, those figures were still more mobile than Fritz.
  10. Tony Khan described it to him in detail over zoom.
  11. I have had a HDMI converter on an Amazon wishlist forever, I just haven't gone to my storage to retrieve my PS2. They typically run under $20. If your TV has RGB inputs, Sony used to make a cable that worked on PS2 & PS3. That might be a solution for you.
  12. I don't get "real" on the board much, but this subject is a sore spot for me. The fact that this could be avoided by a simple click on their cell phones is maddening. I realize that the league has classes on this subject, but every team should pound this issue into the players heads. The teams also lose out when a player gets into an accident and messes up someone else or themselves. Look at Ruggs from the Raiders, guy had an amazing upside and he threw it all away in one crash that killed an innocent person, and their dog, and his career. I feel the same way about these street racing assholes that put innocent lives in danger because they don't have the sense to go to a race track.
  13. Do that not show that 60s-70s driving horror film in high school anymore?
  14. Has the check cleared? How about a Von Erich Cinematic Universe? That would be my guess.
  15. There's reasons Eazy-E was my favorite.
  16. Did he do the classic song "Fund The Police"?
  17. I'll be referring to this as The Many Clones of Chris Von Erich going forward. Not enthused about this in the least.
  18. No one wants to work anymore. Sad.
  19. So he probably died of "natural causes" like "white line fever". And maybe a dash of fentanyl.
  20. The Unknown is a must own for Lon Chaney collectors. It will mess you up. It's a heavy story.
  21. Damn, I thought I heard that EY was back in Impact. Cool dude.
  22. Some recent viewings: Violent Night - Christmas action movie with David Harbour as the real Santa. Lots of great guest stars like John Leguizamo, Beverly DeAngelo, and Edi Patterson basically doing her Judy Gemstone schtick. It was a fun and extremely violent flick, aptly titled. Renfield - I'm really only familiar with Nicholas Hoult from Mad Max Fury Road, so I was neutral on him going into this one. Nicholas Cage was great as Dracula. And I did appreciate the London After Midnight teeth. OTT violent a la John Wick, but fun. My wife liked it more than me, I think. I did dig the bit at the beginning where they gave backstory on Renfield and Drac's relationship featuring Hoult and Cage inserted into Dracula '31 scenes. Oh, and Awkwafina gave another performance where I did not want her character to end up in a volcano. So that's a good performance on her part.
  23. Some fantasy Washington team names I haven't heard mentioned: Washington Warthogs (not an indigenous species, but a cool looking animal) Washington Foxes (I believe they are a DC area resident) Washington Ospreys (another flyer that would look cool as a logo)
